This is a hidden gem in Yuma. The atmosphere once inside is amazing and on nice evenings they have a whole wall behind the bar that rolls up providing amazing views. I've been here twice now and the service has always been great and super friendly. The food is amazing! I think the PB burger maybe the best burger in Yuma. The fries that come with it have cracked pepper on them and are excellent. The side salad comes with the dressing mixed in already and has fresh tomatoes and cucumbers mixed in. Great food, large portions which are enough for 2! I like the twist the owner puts on his recipes. It kind of makes this place unique in that the sandwiches and pizzas aren't the same as everyone else's. The service was incredible. Poor Behavior is more like it. I got the Entree House Salad with Chicken added. It was good and a decent size. The menu listed the price as $11 for the salad and $5 for the chicken. Mandatory tip for a party of 6 is 20%. Then the tax is on the meal and the tip. But I got charged $8 for the chicken. Making the extra chicken charge, tip, and tax $4 greater. If printing new menus costs too much, use a Sharpie to adjust the menu. read more

We came for a family member's 60th wedding anniversary. The place was busy, but unfortunately there was not enough help. Only one bartender, so our group of 9 received our drinks intermittently. Our waiter was doing the best he could but did not have any help although I saw some employees standing around. Food was very good except for a forgotten salad and cold french fries. The salmon was delicious and side of pesto pasta was tasty. The guests who ordered the shrimp, fillet, and Marsala were all very pleased. After our meals were finished, we shared a very delicious churro and a good canoli. Unfortunately our plates and salad bowls remained at our table because our waiter was running around trying to serve his other tables while the owner was walking around oblivious to the needs of his staff & customers. Husband and I went there for date night this week and it was wonderful. It's super hard to find a place for me to eat since I have a terrible garlic & onion allergy. We drove 4.5 hours to Yuma to see our son and invite his closest friends to dinner for his birthday. We told the waitress on arrival it was his birthday. My son (unlike me) always gets a kick out of the restaurant staff singing happy birthday to him. After dinner it was apparent the waitress had forgotten about the birthday so I mentioned it to the manager. More time passes and I mentioned the birthday to the waitress again. She brings out a desert and places it in front of him and walks away. That's it. Like my son, we were disappointed. I get the bill with the mandatory 20% tip. I'm not a complainer so I pay and we're on our way. And just as we reach the door I hear the entire staff singing happy birthday to someone at the back of the restaurant. This place has a really cool atmosphere. Dark, but not so much that you can't see. It's very clean, and there are a lot of TVs for sports. We've been there for both lunch and dinner now. Both times we had excellent service and did not have to wait long for refills. Our group enjoyed all of items we ordered, the salmon, PB Burger (Pour Behavior, not peanut butter), sausage sandwich, charcuterie board, and probably a couple other things I'm forgetting. Tried this new spot out on date night and walking in, it was packed. I immediately thought "oh great, let's see how this goes." But let me tell you they proved me wrong! The food was outstanding! The ambiance was amazing. It's so nice to have a place like this in Yuma, AZ. Service was a bit slow because it was a very busy night. I never got a refill on my iced tea. My waiter seemed overwhelmed. So I kept grabbing other waiters who would walk by. I asked one of them for a refill and she said no problem. But she never came back. And we had to wave someone down to get our bill. They didn't seem short-staffed. There were plenty of waiters running around. But for some reason we kept getting overlooked. But the food and ambiance was definitely worth it and I will go back again. Maybe next time I will sit up at the bar and see if service is better. read more

I recently ate here and when the bill came I gave the waitress two $20 dollar bills as payment. She returned with just the single bills -no change that would have totaled the amount owed. When I asked her where the rest of my change was she replied that they don't deal in change anymore-just bills. If I had known this I could have given her the exact amount of the bill but it was too late then. They would not give me the change back they owed me. I've never seen this anywhere so was shocked. Bottom line is they took more money than they were entitled to. This policy should be posted or mentioned to the customers before they eat--not after. As a result-I won't be going back and the waitress didn't get a tip. read more

Update: 3.1.2025 - We got a call back from the General Manager a week ago. She said she was still trying to get in touch with the owners. Hard to believe that the owners are that hard to get in touch with and if so, that they don't provide their GM with the authority and latitude to correct an issue of this magnitude. My sister has still not heard back from her. This is really unacceptable service from a GM. Original post: I was visiting relatives in Yuma, February 15. I went with a group, of 9, to Pour Behavior to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was nice, the food good and our wait person did a great job. In fact, because the two pizzas we ordered came out after the rest of the food, they comp'd them. Nice gesture. The problem came after we left the restaurant. Two of us used the QR code to pay our tab. A 20% gratuity, for a large party, was already added to the tab when we received our paper copy. That was fine too. When we both checked our email after leaving the restaurant we were charged a duplicate 20% gratuity. Neither of us authorized the additional gratuity. The total amount of the additional, for both of us, was less than $20. We went back to the restaurant the next day and spoke to a person who said she was the General Manager. This is where things went REALLY wrong. She immediately told us that our server had gotten the extra tip money and she would call the server to see if she would bring the extra money back in to us. That seemed extreme as the server had no idea there was a problem in the QR code. It was not her fault at all. She then said that we must have selected an additional tip amount. We did not. I said that it would be fine to provide a gift card in lieu of refunding us the small sum. Then the GM said that she would have to ask the owners if she could do that. She further explained that the restaurant didn't have anything to do with the QR code system. That can't be true, as it's tied directly to their system, as a convenience for their customers. She finished the conversation with getting our contact information and saying she would contact the owners to see what she could do and get back to us. That hasn't happened yet. Our biggest concern was that other people, who used the QR code for payment, in a large group, would be subject to the same double tip. Our second concern was that the GM didn't have the customer service training to at least thank us for bringing it to her attention. Instead, she basically made us feel like we were an inconvenience for even bringing the subject up. What a disappointing ending to an otherwise nice evening. read more
