After purchasing items from poundland store in Nuneaton, to discover on my return home I had left them behind at the self checkout. Me telephone calls to the store were unanswered, I then emailed Poundland customer service, who answered promptly with two suggestions re what to do. I returned to the Nuneaton store the next day producing my receipt explaining my dilemma to a very polite female supervisor, requesting me to wait while she checked the camera. After a short wait she returned to me explaining that I had walked away leaving my products at the till point. She then preceeded to collect a duplicate of my items from the shelves. poundland is a reasonably sized store which consists of toiletries,gifts,food,tools,stationary and lots more. Of course the price is obviously a pound for everything but you have to be careful because some products that you by in there costs less in another shop. They can be very crafty like that.
