After purchasing items from poundland store in Nuneaton, to discover on my return home I had left them behind at the self checkout. Me telephone calls to the store were unanswered, I then emailed Poundland customer service, who answered promptly with two suggestions re what to do. I returned to the Nuneaton store the next day producing my receipt explaining my dilemma to a very polite female supervisor, requesting me to wait while she checked the camera. After a short wait she returned to me explaining that I had walked away leaving my products at the till point. She then preceeded to
collect a duplicate of my items from the shelves. This member if staff could not have been more helpful, and I will certainly continue to shop at this store.
