My brother was at psych hospital for months, this pharmacy is 3 minutes away from said hospital…read more Prescriptions for discharge were called into this pharmacy that were essential for discharge the next day.My mother called this pharmacy to confirm that they had it in stock, she was told by owner eileen that they would have to special order it for $200 my mom agreed because Eileen the owner stated it was the only way to get med. Eileen played with my mothers heart strings and stated to her that her paying this money was the only way to get the med for son to come home. Come to find out that this pharmacy is a supplier for the mental hospital in Katonah, so i will be following up to see how many other patients this woman has ripped off and picked up medications at other locations without permission. Eileen is a co-owner of this location with her husband, has no credentials to be working in a pharmacy let alone to be picking up meds for a patient from a CVS then passing them off as own.my mother got a text saying brothers prescription was ready for pickup (same med) at CVS in danbury. This text was at 12:54pm, Eileen had gone into the CVS and violated HIPPA, picked up the prescription and brought back to her pharmacy. When my mom noticed the text she called cross river where she was told to just delete the text and was sent as a mistake. I called CVS and found out that the med was picked up by a woman 5 minutes after it was ready, at 1:04 pm and that was in fact not a mistake. CVS stated that med was sent there and picked up by woman, used personal debit card with no pharmacy assoc. I went to this CVS location to review video footage, Eileen the owner was seen giving my brothers name and DOB to pick up medication from entirely different pharmacy, she paid $10 for my brothers insurance price for this prescription standing at the counter asking for his medication as if it was for herself while my mother paid her 200$ to "special order". After finding this information out I went into cross river to question why she sent it to another location and picked it up violating privacy rights, stated she was given permission and was doing a favor, is not the case. while overcharging us $190 for this medication in the process. I was 2 minutes from the CVS in question where she illegally picked up a med that did not belong to her and not one phone call was made to family . She stated she spoke to my mom and got approval to pick up the med for her, that phone call never happened. Why would I pay someone $200 to pick up a $10 medication from another pharmacy when i was right down the road. I then called police to the pharmacy after Eileen was on a phone call stating she had my mothers CC information written on paper on some desk somewhere and became to be hostile on the phone. I found that extremely violating considering she charged $200 for medication she did not even provide as a pharmacy. The medication even had a CVS logo on it not a cr logo. Eileen went into another pharmacy as a civilian and picked up a prescription that was not supposed to be there in the first place. Staff at CR called Eileen on the phone since she wasnt there when went into question the matter, was very rude and stuttered to answer questions involving the matter. After being questioned she said whatever and had her staff refund the 200$. Pharmacist, owner of the store, stu (Eileens husband) showed up while police were talking to my partner and I explaining the situation.Once the police left stu came up to my personal car and stated that he was sorry and he did not know what happened.Stu stated that there was no such thing as a special order fee and when asked where the 200$ amount came from he stated that she must have come up with that number for her time.Stu was told that we would be following up with police and pressing criminal charges for impersonation and fraud.Stu then began begging not to do that and asked if there was anything he can do to smooth it over. I stated that his wife committed fraud as well as impersonation and could have switched the medication in that box with anything. This woman should not even be behind a pharmacy counter with no credentials, let alone telling people my brothers name and DOB outside of the pharmacy. Eileen as the owner of this pharmacy took it upon herself to transfer the medication and not let anyone know, gauging 190$. Stu stated that maybe she charged for her time to drive to ct, I told stu that i could have picked it up and that no phone calls were made to pt or family getting permission for this. I would not trust this pharmacy if my life depended on it. The amount of begging that stu did before we left to not press charges or push the matter further makes it seem like this has happened many times before. If we had not gotten a text from the different pharmacy we wouldn't have ever known. Please don't trust this pharmacy! Below is pic of her picking up his meds at CVS

This is my pharmacy that's in conjunction with my insurance. I love being able to go to pharmacies…read morethat aren't the big corps, if I can avoid Walgreens or CVS I'm all about it. I wanted this to be a slam dunk. It was rough. When you come in there shelves are empty and disheveled. It looks like there was a storm warning or something and people scrambled to buy everything. The man helping me had a different file and asked me if my birth year was correct, 1948.....he was about 40 years off. These are who are filling your prescriptions and making sure you're getting the right medicine. I called ahead for a transfer and when arrived 30 minutes later, they hadn't called the other pharmacy. The pharmacy is very disorganized. There's a really nice woman working there who seems to hold down the fort, but besides that it's a zoo. They were very nice which always makes it hard to review, but they've got to get it together to retain customers

The cushion never fully accepted air. By Sunday April 19 the donut was completely flat. The week of April 19th I called Slavins to see what could be done. The response, in a loud irrtated voice " IT'S YOUR PROBLEM". We have nothing to do with it. The supplier/manufacturer wondered why I was calling and proceeded to cross examine. I assured them I tried to get assistance from Slavins-Hancock. The Customer. Service at the supplier confirmed THE FIRST MONTH (April) IS SLAVINS -HANCOCKS RESPONSIBLITY to directly notify us( the supplier).
