I've actually been unable to get the smell OUT of some clothes so I stopped going there, because it smells like old lady perfume or something and is strong. Once, I did my sheets there and had to re-do them all, because my bed smelled like a herd of old ladies or weird white ladies with bad taste from department stores were sleeping in it. I used to always go to the other one on Main Ave. -- which has a severe lack of washers because the staff uses them and does not care if there are none for customers and will let stuff sit in dryers for a considerable amount of time, even if people are waiting to use them. They suggested East Ave, and like I said, great facility, great people, but I don't understand the perfume smell. If it happened once, I'd not complain -- but it happened more than once, and I really don't like the time waste of doing laundry as it is, so having to do it twice is just painful to me. Maybe they'll look into it. I know I have a bit of a wolf nose, but it IS strong and my husband noticed it, too, since I never smell like old white lady.

I've brought heavily stained items, designer pieces, and fragile clothes, and they always come back to me looking better than ever for a very competitive price and with a speedy turnaround. Just last week I brought in my grandfather's Burberry rain coat; it had gotten some odd stains on it during our move. It's the only remaining item I have of my grandfather's, and I was so afraid of such a sentimental piece being ruined in the cleaning process that I delayed bringing it in for far too long. I explained the situation, and the way they carefully inspected the jacket with the utmost care demonstrated how thoughtful and trustworthy they are. The fact that she left my wet clothes in bags on my patio was beyond ridiculous I would have told her not to wash the mat. She should be ashamed for treating clients belongings like that. Regardless of prior praise constant raising rates without telling the client prior to invoicing lack of communication which is vital to customer service period only reason I got any discounts was because I supplied my own laundry products. Any other real professional would have finished the job received payment and concluded doing business with the client. Not throwing their wet clothes unfinished on their patio.
