Seriously?…read moreThose were the reviews that led me here because I am admittedly OCD but I think even your regular average clean person wouldn't rate this place as super clean. But I walked in , the very nice manager immediately engaged with me, told me the rules and asked if I'd be coming on a regular basis before I could get a card. Geez, the pressure of committing. But I'm in it now. My loads are bubbling away and I have nothing to do but sit and Yelp about it. So here's the bad and the good: The Bad: Old rundown building, dirty floors and machines. Do not listen to the other reviews because this place has definitely seen better days. The Good: the woman was very helpful, put money on my card using my credit card, no problem and no fees. She showed me how to use the machines and wasn't offended as I clorox'ed them down. She probably appreciated the help. She offered me fresh coffee twice and it did smell good, but when I looked at the old pot I refrained. Bottom line: I'll get my laundry done for this week and it will be fine, but I'll be looking at alternative options in the future, card or not.

Overall, the shop was clean; however, it was very apparent they concentrate on their fluff and fold business over self service laundry. They do sell soap there. While I was loading my two washers, I was told I was going to need to move in a few minutes so they could fold clothes on the table. I had finished up basically and turned around to put soap pods into the washers, turned around to see that my laundry bin and other stuff was pushed to the end of the folding table to accommodate their folding. I tidied up what was left and putting it into my laundry bin and then placed it on top of the washer. Table space is at a top premium to do any self service laundry, folding as the workers take up the majority. That said, the price was not bad and we were able to finish our laundry!

They removed two of the larger dryers, the coin machine does not work. The only reason it gets 2 stars versus just 1, it's great when there's no one. Quality needs to be improved before this place can succeed. The bathroom is disgusting, usually no attendant so bring your own quarters. For the big dryer, it takes 2 quarters to even start 5 mins which i never have seen. Im not sure how well the washers are.. l have found a few clothes with stains still there. Oils i understand but never had this problem with other foods. Took them to my aunts house and washed right out so we will try washing smaller loads and looking into a better one.
