I picked up the coat and brought it home to find the sleeves are too short (and I'm only 5'2" so that's saying a lot!). They definitely took off more than we agreed on. I now rarely wear the coat because the sleeves ride up well above my wrist when I move my arm, and it makes me feel like a tool. And they are pricey-- I spent $25 on a dress in a thrift store, but then it cost $50 to fix a zipper and hem an inch. Today, they lost me as a loyal customer over a $3 button. Yes, you read that correctly: a BUTTON. Insane. I brought a coat over that was new with tags to get cleaned as I had thrifted it. The lady behind the counter pointed out that the buttons were a bit loose. I said that was fine and to take care while cleaning it. Nothing needed to be repaired. The coat was supposed to be this way. I pick up my order a couple days later and when I get home, I see that one of the coat buttons had been pinned on. I was not made aware of this when I picked up the coat, which was very dishonest on their part. The least they could have done was APOLOGIZE and point out that when they cleaned it that this happened. The right thing would have been if they repaired the button for me and sewed it back on since this was their doing. I gave them a call the next day and instead of owning up, they were nasty and kept repeating, "well we told you the button was loose." I told them that is beside the point. I said the bottom line is, you're either going to sew it back on for me at no charge or you're going to lose me as a customer. And they told me I had to pay $3 to have them sew on the button LOL I let them know they lost me as a customer and hung up. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Her tone was so dismissive and unkind. I was desperate because the dress was for my birthday party so I left it. I went in today and told her I needed her to fix a new dress and explained how she'd help me before. She said she didn't know what I was talking about and said I don't know what you want me to do. I walked out this time. This lady is so rude and I will not accept being spoken to this way while bringing money into her shop. I will never set foot in this place again and will tell everyone I know in this area not to go there. Unbelievably rude.
