Sarang7 Cleaners & Shoe Repair

I have lived in the Briarcliff/Ossining area for 35 years and have used many cleaners during this…read moretime. Sarang7 Cleaners is by far the very best. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The seamstress is top notch. I highly recommend Sarang7 for all of your cleaning needs as well as professional alterations.

I had been a customer of theirs for years. I spent a lot of money there even though their prices…read morewere higher than others; but I continued to go for the fact that the clothing always came back quickly and its convenience. Today, they lost me as a loyal customer over a $3 button. Yes, you read that correctly: a BUTTON. Insane. I brought a coat over that was new with tags to get cleaned as I had thrifted it. The lady behind the counter pointed out that the buttons were a bit loose. I said that was fine and to take care while cleaning it. Nothing needed to be repaired. The coat was supposed to be this way. I pick up my order a couple days later and when I get home, I see that one of the coat buttons had been pinned on. I was not made aware of this when I picked up the coat, which was very dishonest on their part. The least they could have done was APOLOGIZE and point out that when they cleaned it that this happened. The right thing would have been if they repaired the button for me and sewed it back on since this was their doing. I gave them a call the next day and instead of owning up, they were nasty and kept repeating, "well we told you the button was loose." I told them that is beside the point. I said the bottom line is, you're either going to sew it back on for me at no charge or you're going to lose me as a customer. And they told me I had to pay $3 to have them sew on the button LOL I let them know they lost me as a customer and hung up. I would avoid this place at all costs.
