Asked to get a quote on an new Air conditioner and Curt Sales came out and also verified he would not charge me for the second call. Gave me a quote on an Armstrong not a name unit and never gave me a quote for a Lennox as requested. Received a bill 2 weeks later for the second service call and called and Curt Sales stated would take care of it. In October received another invoice with a past due notice and I contacted Steven Jacobs and he stated he would take care of it and talk to Curt. Left stern message (without using profanity) stating if I had my credit damaged I would take him to court. He called up and it was obvious was not going to help. Untrustworthy and not worth allowing in my residence again.

Contacted Ottagan plumbing to do a mandated back flow test. The test failed and they said I needed…read moreto replace my complete back flow assembly. Total price including re-testing was just over $900.00. When I requested clarification of why the complete housing had to be replaced the service tech and the person I contacted at Ottagan said that the housing's do wear out. It didn't seem right so I contacted Macatawa Plumbing. The service tech came out replaced a small plastic part and saved me over $720.00, including the retesting of the backflow device.
