I told him my project had a short deadline and he committed to being able to complete it. He consistently communicated with me through email, text and phone calls. He worked long hours to get it done. I was very specific in the details of the project I needed work done on, and Jack was able to complete it as I had asked, also sending photos and a report of the completed work. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. My experience with Precision Handyman Contractors was just what I was hoping it would be. I highly recommend this contractor.

I had a project that needed to be done that involved some minor structural home repairs. I called…read morePreston to ask if he'd take a look at it to let me know what needed to be done to repair it correctly. I was in a bit of a jam to get this repair done quickly. Preston knew what had to be done, and he told me he would be able to make the necessary repairs quickly since he had another project he was working on nearby. The repairs ended up being more work than he anticipated due to unforeseen conditions, but he did what was necessary and quickly like he said he would. In addition, Preston was very professional and pleasant to work with. I will use Simon Construction for other construction projects in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.

Fan of their natural cleaning products and love the smell of our home when we come back after a cleaning service. As a working mom of two boys, their services have allowed me to focus on family and other priorities, and not stressing when or how I am going to have time to clean my house - serious lifesavers! They always go above in their cleaning, my kids love running home to see how their stuffed animals have been arranged each time. I have recommended CSC to friends and family! I never knew when they were coming, sometimes they would bring strangers into my home for training purposes and expect me to pay full rate for someone with no experience. One time I had a new cleaner who did not know how to change bedsheets. Communication and customer service was poor. They raised my rate by $25.00 in the first 10 months. They constantly had staffing problems. Do not recommend. If you are looking for consistency, communication and transparency keep looking!

We are so happy with WRC and their staff and service!
