In fact, even though we ended up ordering new cabinets for the desk rather than re-using existing cabinets (because it looked much better) and he did some additional work, the job came in less than he estimated - the first time we've ever had that happen! John was great at keeping us updated on when materials would arrive and allow him to start, and accurate with his estimates. He worked around our schedule and cleaned up at the end of every evening, always making sure that things were safe for our three-year-old and pets. He did several extra small things at the end, such as rewiring some switches in the hall for us, and did them at no charge. John worked very quickly and his work is fantastic - very high quality.
