Scott and Alex cleaned the outside of our windows today and did a great job - I can't believe the difference in how they look - their work was totally worth a 5 star review. The guys arrived on time, introduced themselves, shook my hand and got to work. The finished up in a reasonable amount of time and checked in with me before they left. I appreciated that someone from the company called several weeks ago to get my cleaning appointment on the schedule. My only quibble is with the company policy to now require payment in advance when they schedule the appointment. Even though we have used Absolutely Clean for years in two different homes and have always paid on time, we were asked for a credit card number up front to hold our appointment. (I was told that this policy change is because too many people don't pay on time or not at all.) That didn't sit very well with me as we have had our credit cards compromised three times in the last 6 months, so I sent a post dated check that is to be cashed the day of service. I think if we hadn't agreed to pay in advance, they probably wouldn't have scheduled the work. Bottom line is that Scott and Alex did a fabulous job. read more

Duston and Bailey cleaned our vinyl siding on the house and shed, and a small wooden deck today. The job they did was GREAT!Our house looks shiny and new! They got the green mossy stuff off our shed and it looks super! They were very friendly and polite. I would definitely have them wash our house again! My only negative comment is that I would have appreciated a phone call saying that they would be arriving late. Our appointment window was anywhere from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. They arrived at 1:40 PM. I called the main office at 1:30 PM and only got a recording. I think management should have a policy for the workers to call ahead of time to give the homeowner a heads up on time schedule. oh man, when they told me my appointment was at 3pm i asked if they would be spending the night because i could not imagine them getting the inside, outside, casings and screens of 30 windows (some 3 stories high) done before quitting time. it has always taken me a week to do it by myself. a couple hours later they were done. most women like dimonds and things that sparkle but me i will take clean windows. mine are perfect! plus the inside guy even wore booties on his shoes so he did not track dirt inside. what a guy. thanks! read more

Scott and Sam just finished washing 80 windows inside and out (very dirty outside), 16 skylights inside and out, cleaned dried oak flowers off gutter covers, and a 7'x 5' ornate filigree mirror over a fireplace. They also cleaned window sills as they went through and were careful to clean up as they went through the house and around the outside. Good Morning, I just had Dustin and Nathan here to power wash my house. It was in pretty bad shape with mold and very stained gutters. It is now sparkling white. They did an excellent job. They've done a great job cleaning our windows and screens for years. This year we asked them to clean our roof, also well done.
