As of today, 4/19/2023 we are approaching 5 MONTHS and still have no delivery of the items we ordered. We did our part. We paid 100% upfront, and after three telephone calls and NO CALL BACK OR UPDATE, I decided to stop in to inquire why it's taking so long. The manager was condescending, and simply wanted only to wait on those looking to buy product instead of servicing. Their commitment to customer service is completely absent. They have a polished sales pitch, but do not follow through after the sale. My suggestion is to be very careful and remember this is a publicly traded company and backed by Private Equity. Chris installed the blinds yesterday, and they are a perfect fit and installed perfectly. In the weeks since I ordered these custom blinds an older blind in my living room broke it's pull string. This made the blind useless. I asked Chris if he would take a look at it and see if he could maybe take it back to the shop. Long story short, he had it fixed in 10 minutes at no extra charge.
