Thank God I didn't say that. Nicole warmly approached us with a most pleasant and unassuming demeanor and with a warm kindness we were not expecting. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, warm and pleasant, but she effortlessly guided us through our picky requests with ease as she settled us into the couches we were meant to own. Then I had to take an important personal call which delayed our shopping by a half hour and put us well past her end time for the day. She just patiently and pleasantly waited and then guided us on to the next area of mattresses and frames. Unsurprisingly she picked the most amazing one for us and we were sold on it instantly. Add in her pillow, sheet, and cover recommendations and we were on cloud nine. Couldn't be happier. Nicole stayed an extra HOUR AND A HALF past her clock-out time to help, advise, guide, assist and treat us like we were long lost friends. Her service was OUTSTANDING, as was her demeanor and overall knowledge and expertise. We're not sure what her actual job title is, but she should be Managing or running her own store. I own several businesses and have a keen eye for exemplary talent, she is top tier. If I had any open Senior Management positions I would hire her immediately. We had a great shopping experience today, and I am still smiling. We chose an awesome mattress at a good price. It is a quarter of the price of our current Temperpedic; it died in 7 years. They refused to take the old mattress because there are stains on it. Of course there are stains; the old one is over 5 years old. The salesperson DID NOT tell us that but after calling customer service they said we agreed to this when we signed. I can't prove it because there's nothing in my paperwork that states this. In addition to a huge selection, I've found staff to be knowledgeable, the return policy is good and prices are competitive. Overall, this is a great shop if you're renovating a kitchen, bath or other. Just browsing the aisles will give you ideas. I very much recommend visiting!
