The first time I had broken a chain that powers the unit when it is in Reverse mode. Although the part I needed was no longer available, the mechanics fabricated the part in their shop and got me running again at a very reasonable price. I made the second visit when I accidentally ran the machine for several minutes after the oil plug fell out without me knowing it - I fully expected I'd be needing a new $2,000 engine - but they fixed it for $118 and installed a more secure oil plug system. Then the start switch stopped working, which meant I could start the unit but it would not shut down. Thought I'd be looking at a new starting switch for a couple hundred dollars. The took a look at the situation, quickly identified a wire by the motor that had pulled out, and plugged it back in. Problem solved at no cost to me (other than a little embarassment at my lack of mechanical skills). This shop is a 50 mile round trip from my house but is worth every mile of the drive. We have gotten two gorgeous rugs that have transformed the rooms that they are in. We also used them for carpeting our entire second floor. Their products are excellent quality that I'm sure will last for years. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for! So thankful for this business and I know we will be back for more one-of-a-kind rugs.

I could not disagree more with these reviews prior to this one. Sterling Superior has been a…read moreconsistently excellent garbage service to my community and my family personally for years now. So much so, that my young boys have even befriended their favorite Garbage man (Roy), who never forgets to wave to my sons and make their little hearts day every time he picks up our trash. Not once in my 5 years since moving to the area and receiving trash pick up from Sterling Superior have I ever experiences any rudeness in ANY manner or any miscommunications/ missed trash day pick-ups. This company has always been extremely professional, consistently reliable, and quick-to-service with total poise and friendliness! The reason for my review today was due to my completely felt satisfaction upon Sterling's picking up of my family's trash today and my family's shown happiness, as well as our garbage's clean and quick removal per usual, prompted myself to go onto Yelp and finally provide a review that this company deserves after years of loyal service to my household. However, I was in total shock towards these negative and absolutely MISREPRESENTING reviews on here....... I would have to fully and totally disagree with any negative reviews towards Sterling Superior due to my personal experiences being absolutely wonderful and so much so, that I truly felt the need to leave a complimentary review on this companies consistent professionalism, friendliness, and respect towards their work and customers, as well as even my small boys. Thank you Sterling Superior!!!!! :)
