So much so, that my young boys have even befriended their favorite Garbage man (Roy), who never forgets to wave to my sons and make their little hearts day every time he picks up our trash. Not once in my 5 years since moving to the area and receiving trash pick up from Sterling Superior have I ever experiences any rudeness in ANY manner or any miscommunications/ missed trash day pick-ups. This company has always been extremely professional, consistently reliable, and quick-to-service with total poise and friendliness! The reason for my review today was due to my completely felt satisfaction upon Sterling's picking up of my family's trash today and my family's shown happiness, as well as our garbage's clean and quick removal per usual, prompted myself to go onto Yelp and finally provide a review that this company deserves after years of loyal service to my household. However, I was in total shock towards these negative and absolutely MISREPRESENTING reviews on here....... I would have to fully and totally disagree with any negative reviews towards Sterling Superior due to my personal experiences being absolutely wonderful and so much so, that I truly felt the need to leave a complimentary review on this companies consistent professionalism, friendliness, and respect towards their work and customers, as well as even my small boys. They lost my credit card information after I gave it to them, didn't communicate to me their standards as far as how to fill the dumpster and when they picked up the dumpster they left junk all over the lawn, and they hit our new house and caused damage to the siding. After multiple attempts to call them to inquire about these issues I was able to get a hold of them. When I confronted them about the damage to our house Frank the owner screamed at me over the phone cursing and using vulgarity. This is not the way a company should Treat customers. All I wanted was to talk about it not get yelled at.

We have been a customer of their's since 2012. We still have our same containers from the day they first arrived. **I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 2 YEARS TO GET REFRESHED CONTAINERS**!! They always have a story and say they are going to change them out and never do. THEY LOOK TERRIBLE! Frankly, I don't think they really care if they lose customers. SMR only paid sheet rates like it was common aluminum siding even though it was not and were things clean. Very much ripped off our disposal crews by doing so.

I've done this a few times with a few different companies, and I was really happy with my experience with ProTek. Easy to schedule the pick ups on the phone, and the two guys that did the pickups (same guys both times) were really nice. I used to donate the work stations to charity, but this has become harder and harder to do. Most of my usual charity companies have a 50 + workstation minimum, which is too high for my current needs. Also, a lot of these companies are slammed in August/September because they are dealing with start of school donations, so I was lucky to find Proteck because everyone else said they were booked until October. I would definitely recommend them if you have a few computer's you're looking to get rid of.
