They will even take the tank out of your vehicle, fill it and replace it in your vehicle. Only caveat that I can figure is that they are cash only (didn't see any evidence that they took credit cards).

I must tell you first off Osterman's had the best price around, I got two units with installation for under what competitors wanted for one unit!! One unit had an issue which was caused at the factory and without a blink they came out and serviced it. And not only did the schedule the appointment around me, the tech gave me a call with an ETA! They said Fine, no problem. Two weeks later we get a text that they have FILLED our tank with 321 gallons of propane. NOPE. NOT PAYING. I will take them to court if need be, but I'm not paying for something I did not order and specifically told them I did not want. In addition, they do NOT have any technicians who will come out to fix your equipment if it fails. They basically just want to steal from you and leave you hanging. Get your propane elsewhere. I also used to use them for propane too, They charged me for rental fees on a propane tank once a year and then decided that they needed to charge me twice a year. Also, the tank that I am renting is rusting. Apparently they do not inspect their tanks either. Can't wait until they go out of business and can't figure out why.

I have never heated a house with propane…read morebefore so I had a lot of questions and Eastern Propane was the most welcoming on the phone taking a lot of time to answer questions that they probably get all the time. They went above and beyond to deal with a situation at our house that required the tanks to be moved and the insufficient copper runs (installed by the house flippers) to get completely replaced. They handled dealing with the town inspector and even dropped off a temporary tank to make sure we had no disruption to hot water while everything got figured out. I was very happy with how thorough they were to make sure everything was up to code and handled as "pretty" as two large tanks can be :) When I was shopping around I found that the prices at Eastern Propane were considerably cheaper than the previous chosen company the previous owner (flipper) had chosen. Akin to highway robbery if you ask me. I've met the delivery driver a few times and he also is very pleasant and welcoming. I feel like I'm in good hands and happy to be a customer!

My only complaint is no online payment system- I have to keep checks on hand just for these guys and one other.
