After finding the entrance and parking in the lot of eye catching flag displays, we found ourselves in a maze of pottery, statuary, and fountains. The PotStop has tons and tons (literally), of anything and everything you can imagine for yard decor. We spent a few hours searching the acreage of concrete designs. The selections were amazing and gave us a number of great ideas for our back yard. Some items were at affordable prices, but most were higher than I expected. There were even some artistic designer stuff that would be ideal for your mansion. I had a nice time exploring all of the outdoor worthy merchandise and hope to come back again for a monetary splurge when in the area.

We have been purchasing our plant pots at PotStop Moss Landing for about 5 years now. They have a wonderful selection and everyone is awesome! We picked out a pot to turn into a fountain and they took care of everything-including delivery and installation! Price was great and service there is excellent! We ordered on Sunday and they delivered/installed it on Thursday (today)!! These guys and gals are solid! Go and see them!

Excellent selection of pots and statues for your garden. Most of the items are well marked with pricing. The pricing is better than you will find at most other local nurseries, but still a little hit or miss. Plenary of people offered to help while we were there. Knocked off a star, because one of the employees went to one of the back rows of pots and repeatedly sneezed and then blew their nose all over several pots. They clearly didn't think anyone was nearby, but I had a front row seat to the show. You can get some steep discounts and great selection, just bring your hand sanitizer.

We had a blast doing 'window shopping' and finally getting only some cute colorful stones, but that is life, you cannot always buy what you would like. And what I liked? These giant oxidized metal sculptures of animals. I don't think they fit in my tiny apartment without crossing the ceiling boundaries of the neighbor upstairs, but if you are lucky to have a super nice backyard, this is to place to play giant giraffes and various animals. Oh, and the pottery, that is the most important item to buy here. All kinds of pots and ceramics for the patio and interiors, mostly Mexican flavored. I felt like i was in Baja California shopping for pots for my plants, like when I lived in San Diego. I got that nice feeling. This place is across from the beach, so it is a nice stop even if you want to just do kayaking or go for a walk. You will get a 'taco de ojo' (an eye taco as the Mexicans say) with so much color and clay displayed in front of your eyes. Prices were Ok, not a tourist trap. You can already get a very cute clay duck (blue, why not?) for $20. Even for the bathtub of your tiny apartment too.

This place is quality! You know that sayin' you get what you pay for.... well that truly applies here! These guys know what they are talking about and have pretty decent prices. You can always guarantee your getting quality local made products. They are a great local business to support. I would check them out if your are passing by have an assortment of pots and various gardening needs. Thanks guys

This is a beautiful place to come and search for pots, fountains and general garden accessories. You can stroll leisurely through the isles here and keep finding cool stuff. Inside the building they specialize in smaller and more colorful garden items from Mexico. Items can be pretty pricey but they do have certain areas on sale. They are clearly marked and located throughout the premises. There's also some neat spots for nice photo ops. Plenty of parking with 3 entrances into the yard.

Seas and seas of beautiful pottery, PotStop at Little Baja is immediately noticeable as you are drving along Highway 1 in the Moss Landing Area. There is a nearby lot, which is mainly filled with folks using the nearby boat launch area, but if you take a lap, you'll find a spot. We spent nearly an hour browsing the rows and rows of outdoor pottery, statues and small garden decorative items. I'm not sure how prices compared on my visit to other Yelpers visits, but I found their prices on pottery and garden decor to be reasonable and well priced. My best find of the day were several chunks or large glass "slag" in beautiful sapphire blue and emerald green that I use for decoration. I walked out of there spending about $94 but walked out with two large pieces of decorative glass, two flower pots and a glass garden owl decoration (picture attached.) All in all for the uniqueness of their wares, the super friendly customer service and the wide variety of selections, I would consider this a must-stop if you're in Monterey County and love to decorate your outdoor space. If nothing else, it's simply fun to look around. Finally, the staff was amazing-they were spread out through the vast yard and were readily available for questions or suggestions. They carried my selected pieces and held them at the register and also offered up a 20% off discount based on the amount of items I planned on purchasing. Once my wallet recovers, I am definitely looking at another stop here during the summer months. Really amazing garden decor shop!

Don't be hippo-critical! Mr. Hippo is an inside hippo that enjoys lounging around the house, good books, and looking dapper (of course)!

LARGE selection of pricey pottery and garden statues and accents. There are some nice plant containers here, but you really have to dig for the ones that are a good deal. Many are mass produced, but are priced high for tourists like us driving to Monterey down Hwy 1. I did however, find an ADORABLE statue that I was so happy to bring home with me. Seatbelted in, we brought Mr. Hippo back home with us. Along with that, found a good deal on some candle holders, but wouldn't have expected to find them at a garden store. Fun to poke around and shop, but overall pricing is a bit steep for what you're buying.

Home decor, (for the inside and outside), original art work produced by local artists, and lovely, lovely jewelry. This does not even begin to describe all the inventory tastefully organized in this cute, small store located in midtown Santa Cruz. I could have wandered around for much longer but I had dinner plans at my favorite Italian restaurant (Sugo) next door so I was on the move. I spent fifteen minutes checking out everything and wanting to buy something, LOL! And there it was. A cool, casual purse perfect for a day at the beach or on a sail... maybe even a hike. The only purse I brought was not suitable for outdoor activities. Score! It is adorable and so practical but also a one of a kind find. I love it. The price was reasonable for Santa Cruz. Actually I could see it costing about the same in my city. Home/Work is fun! I will return on future trips for sure. Maybe pick up some gifts for a few lucky friends. The woman working was so sweet. No pressure but happy to answer any and all questions. Street parking on busy, crazy Soquel Avenue is challenging. Perhaps find a side street. This store does not rely on tourists. It is supported and loved by the local community/neighborhood. (Check out the photos left by Yelp reviewers.) Home/Work is worth seeking out. Do not miss this treasure. I mean seriously, did someone read my journal of Favorite Things and create this store just for me?!! L-O-V-E! There is no walking around downtown Santa Cruz without stopping by Botanic and Luxe. I have purchased gifts here as well as framed art (with a locally-made wooden frame) that hangs in my home, and recently attended their anniversary event where they had local vendors serve matcha and desserts, and they provided 20% off the entire store, so naturally I went home with another plant baby. Even though the store was PACKED with customers, they asked me if I needed help twice and also spent time giving me plant care instructions! Botanic is a higher-end plant shop, so expect to see some matching "luxury" prices as well. But people don't usually come here to get the best deal; they come to feel a certain way while they peruse a beautiful shop that sources many items locally, to get a certain level of service, and to be ensured a certain quality of product.
