I was going to have surgery and wanted to go back to my doctor at this practice but found that he had left the practice. I was then referred to see Dr Roeser. She used nasoendoscopy (a little camera used to look up your nose) to better see the condition of my septum. A process that takes 2 minutes in total. Not only she told me there was "nothing wrong" with my septum, her billing office had the audacity to charge my insurance almost $300 plus required $80 payment from me! I wrote a letter addressed to the doctor and got a call back from someone whose name was not disclosed to me basically asking "what do you want"? How unprofessional. I wrote a personal email to the doctor and some nameless person asked me what I wanted and during the conversation revealed to me that they had not discussed my inquiry with the doctor. After few weeks I received the same bill again. I called back this time I was given a different story by a "Sue". Doctor must know about it but decided to have them charge me anyway. She wasn't very confident in this information either. But she was confident enough to threaten me with collections. Here I am asking doctor how come she misdiagnoses me while 3 other doctors say otherwise. I am courteously asking in writing to her to have her office at least waive the frivolous charge and all I get is "we will send it to collections" and not a word from the doctor. Mind you I have had nasodescopy before and never been charged extra like I have been at this office. Also as a note I had a surgery recently on the septum that she found "nothing wrong" with. It is my opinion that this doctor is careless or inexperienced. Her billing office uses predatory billing methods to scrape every little penny they can get from their customers! Yes, you are a customer to these people not a patient. "Buyers" beware.

The reason for my visit was my three-and-a-half years old hearing aids, both of which had stopped functioning over the last few weeks. On recommendation of our dentist, we tried some videos to help him with speech, but we were not successful on our own. After a Zoom call with Ariel and Ahmad, the speech therapist, we felt very confident and comfortable with Fairfax Pediatric Therapy. After the first session, my son made huge strides in his "sh" sounds - he was actually able to articulate it correctly, even if it was a struggle. Long story short, as of today (3 months after starting) Finn has met all of his speech goals and no longer needs the services. Both Ahmad and Finn worked hard to make this happen - and in such a short time. I didn't expect progress so fast, to be honest. Not only that - my kiddo actually looked forward to the sessions. I called her office immediately and luckily, I able to speak with her that day and from our first conversation, I was impressed. She was extremely knowledgeable, caring and patient in helping me to find the right solution for ME. She attentively listened and heard the concerns of both myself and my husband (who aren't always on the same page about treatment/devices when it comes to my hearing) and considered both traditional and out-of-the box solutions that would address all of our concerns but also work best for me. On a side note, I came in one day and she was helping an elderly patient learn to use his iPad to operate his hearing aid devices and my heart just melted. The level of attentiveness, care and patience she displayed pulled at my heartstrings because my grandparents played a big part in raising me so I have a soft spot for elderly people. They take patients' temperatures as they enter the office, they stagger the patients so that there's no overlap of people sitting in the waiting room and masks are required for all. She also helped us get him on a much more consistent nap schedule.
