The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.

"We will be sending someone. Cabs are 15 minutes away." Then a few minutes later, they call and leave a message. "It's going to be an hour." An hour comes and goes. I call again. "We're still overbooked. It's going to be at least another hour." They couldn't tell me that in the first place? I had to call them. Never again. The bus fit everyone comfortably, and overall we had minimal issues. The only issue that did arise was a leak (from the air conditioning I believe) - but that was handled quickly and professionally by the owner (and our driver) once we returned from our trip. Our driver, Wei, arrived a half-hour early and was waiting for us to board at our start time. He was very friendly and professional.
