The staff were not friendly, especially when I didn't automatically know to go to the far corner to start ordering. The guy making the sandwich was nice, but when I specifically asked for not cheese he still put it on there. The set up of the counter makes it to where you can't see them make the sandwich, so I got sick when I didn't notice the thin melted Swiss slice among the lettuce and mayo. I got sick from it since I ate half before noticing it. Definitely McDonalds level service. I will say the food did taste good, so maybe try a different location. Came here last minute with a friend to grab food for his son. Sofia at the drive-through window went above and beyond by helping us even though they had already closed. She and the other person on her shift worked diligently to make sure my friend's son was able to get something to eat. That kind of kindness and dedication doesn't go unnoticed. still my favorite sandwich shop ever! The bread is perfectly crispy and crunchy. I got the BLTA with added hummus and cucumbers with voodoo heat chips and it was the deliciousssss! so good! I could seriously eat this every day. Every time i've come here the service is always so kind and amazing. This is one of the few places I love eating inside because it smells sooo good in there, even smelling it from the drive thru makes me want to get off and eat inside. I went inside with my mom and we HATED the service that we received from a Caucasian male (he had no name tag). Truly apologize for the late posting. Just a few weeks ago we finally was able to stop by here and had our first quick grab. The place is nice but not completely the same as what I was used to in CA. We ordered a few sandwiches with avocado and sadly their avocado was hard, I meant hard that he had to pry the pit (seed) out. It wasn't ready to be consumed, so why force it. I found out that a small portion of avocado is and added $1.50, (no wonder). Then my sandwich was the last one to be prepared, and he asks, "do you want avocado in it?" I think my sandwish speaks for itself, Avocado chicken sandwich. Sadly, this place isn't going to be in our list of favourite places to go to. read more

My husband went to grab us a couple of sandwiches from the drive through. He had a steakhouse beef which he said was ok and I ordered a turkey and Swiss... (I was home) The gentleman at potbelly didn't ask what we wanted on the sandwich and gave to my husband as is. (on their website this same sandwich had lettuce and tomatoes so I assumed it came with that at the very least) When my husband hands me the sandwich it literally JUST had Turkey and a piece of melted Swiss. Don't you hate when you're starving and the food you eat taste like crap? So dissatisfying! Should have followed my first thought and went to Subway. But nope, I wanted a "gourmet sandwich." What a joke! $12.94 later and I'm even more unfulfilled than before I ate. The $7.90 sandwich looked like one of those sandwiches you get out of the corner store refrigerated section. I don't understand how these businesses stay in business with this crappy type of food. I came home and added aioli just to give it some flavor. How hard is it to make a sandwich??? I just don't get it. But it's my own fault and every other lazy person who doesn't want to cook so we keep giving these mediocre places our hard earned money. They charged me 65 cent for cheese in my chili but didn't put the cheese in it. I went through the drivethru for a reason so I didn't have to get out the car. But I had to park and go inside to tell them they forgot my cheese. I get home and guess what? They put chunks of sliced cheese in the chili. Who does that???? Chili went straight to the GARBAGE! Why even waste the calories? Disgusting sweetened chili with chucks of sliced cheese. QUALITY MATTERS!!!!!! Can't stress it enough! What a waste of money. Our first time to eat here and it will be our last. Being our first time we had questions about the menu and got attitude at the drive thru window so decided to go in. Got our food, went home! WTH!!! My husband had to pick thru his salad because 90% of it was wilted. For the price just go down the street to Jason's Deli and get a MUCH better salad and no attitude. Chili was OK, but I have to give it to the Wrecker sandwich....it was pretty dang spicy but good. WAY expensive for what we ended up with. This review is specifically for their milkshakes because that is all I have had there. I went there with my girlfriend and ordered an eggnog shake, she ordered a chocolate shake. First of all this milkshake tasted nothing at all like eggnog, second of all it was so watery that I think a glass of water with a drop of creamer would have been thicker. ANY BRAND eggnog off of the shelf in the grocery store is at least 10 times thicker than these pathetic excuses for a milkshake. WOW. This place is an absolute BANGER!! Definitely overlooked it a few times, but so glad I finally gave em a try. To start the place looked great inside. Nicely themed and spotless. It's a really good feeling knowing you're eating at a clean establishment. Sandwiches were all hits. Tried 3. Italian, BLTA , and of course the meatball. The Italian was my favorite for sure but all were great. Macaroni and cheese was scalding hot!! Steaming and fresh. And don't sleep on their baked goods. Cookies and bars were also very good. If your looking for a nice refreshing meal I would highly recommend but don't think you'll leave hungry either. Sandwiches were all very well sized. A definite must try!! read more

Food was good, for the most part. The customer service from who we believe was a manager (had a blue shirt on compared to everyone else in red) was snappy and looked down the entire time. Never asked if I wanted my sandwich warmed, I never eat it this way, but being pregnant and starving I didn't even argue with him. He took someone back to the kitchen to scold them mid meal prep for us, and we waited around aimlessly as did other customers.
