I switched the drink order and had to ask for the upgrade price to be removed. Once we finally got our order I asked if the condiments (ketchup, spicy ketchup plus three or four upgraded sauces that we paid extra for). The employee said that they were there. I should have checked, but we were now late to getting back to our event we are at so I just left. Sure enough, not a single condiment in site. Very disappointing, especially since this was my wife's first time going. Luckily, she will give the one back in Tucson a try to see why I love Whataburger.

I would prefer to dine out as the burger would be more fresh. A 15 minute dive can lower the quality of the sandwich especially if the bun doesn't stand up. However the burger did fine. Overall this beats any of the chain burgers. It was seasoned well. Was it a knock your socks off burger. No. But I'd give it a 7.5-8 out 10. I'll be back to try out the other burgers.

The jalapeño poppers were okay after I put them in the oven, but I also love jalapeños almost as much as I love my fam, so I'm a bit biased. The fried pickles and fries were soggy. The fried pickle box was mashed in a bit. Hopefully the delivery driver didn't get into it, I put them in the oven, so I guess it's okay. I bought the honey a basicburger. No idea if his is good, but it looked sad and small like a fast food burger. I'll probably still watch his shows, but probably will never make it into his restaurant. Like I've never had a burger actually make me sad on seeing it. I get that it's a "ghost kitchen" but for almost $90? That's wayyyyy too expensive for disappointment with take out. I wanted to like this so much as I'm a huge Guy Fieri fan... I don't regret ordering food very much, but here....so much regret.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken with steamed vegetables, upgraded to fried rice, and added a spring roll on the side for $1.80. My total was under $13, which is a great price. The spring roll was very good, and everything was freshly made. Overall, the food was good, but it could benefit from a little more seasoning, a more traditional fried rice for the upcharge, and additional teriyaki sauce on the chicken.

Took maybe 5 minutes for a foodserver to show; but I get it re: really busy. Also, a hostess showed up at maybe the 3-minute point and said a foodserver would be with us within a few minures.. Fair enough. Fooderver was fast and efficient. We ordered a few drinks and a couple food items. Beer for the Mrs and a 2X vodka for me. Club sandwich for the wife and wings for me. All served fairly quickly. All quite tasty. Foodserver listened to a couple of my jokes and history comments; was really cool with listening to my BS stories. The wings and the sandwich were quite tasty. No negative comments at all. Reasonble price. Very good service. Very good food. Have to rate it a "5", most definitely.
