It's a small touch, but it shows care in the details. We ordered four burgers for the table, and the boxes came labeled so nobody had to play "whose is whose." The fries deserve their own mention. They're thin-cut, golden, crispy all the way through, and lightly seasoned so they don't need much help. That said, the pink house sauce is worth getting for dipping. It's creamy, tangy, and dangerously easy to go back to. The verdict: No gimmicks and no 40-item menu, just a focused, well-executed burger joint with real personality. It's a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal with friends or family. I'd go back.

Chubby's is essentially just a Midwest grease joint that serves both Mexican and Americana foods. Here, though, you can get any of your food items smothered in their green chili stew. I did what the Internet told me to do and ordered something called a smothered Mexican hamburger burrito ($7.00). A hamburger patty - nothing else - is wrapped in a tortilla is a Mexican burrito. Mine was covered in aforementioned green chili stew. This was unlike anything I've ever eaten before. It tasted oddly comforting like something someone grew up eating. It was a good try. No regrets. Well, this is a mixed review as some of my visit was good, some not so good…read more I saw this on my Yelp app shortly after I arrived in Denver, and while lobster is my favorite food, I am always a bit dubious to eating lobster in a beef eating place like Colorado! Still, it sounded great and I made my way there with a coworker on my last day in Denver. We walked in and there was no one there, but it was past lunch. It was bright and looked like other lobster roll restaurants I have been to in Boston. We looked at the menu and both ordered the same thing- a hot Connecticut Roll with a side cup of Clam Chowder. We sat down and waited as the 2 staff prepared our food, and while we the only ones in there, every table was dirty, so we hesitatingly sat down at the cleanest one and waited. A few minutes later, they brought our food out to us, but we had to ask her to clean the table, which she quickly got a bottle of spray and a towel and wiped our table down. I dove into the Clam Chowder and was immediately disappointed- it was barely even warm, thin, watery and without flavor. I tried to spice it up with salt, pepper and hot sauce to no avail. Now, the lobster roll was a different story- bun toasted perfectly, the lobster meat layered inside with hot butter, I took a bite and was in heaven. The roll was good, so that saved the day- I would not order the chowder again, though. I sent to the bathroom to wash my hands and was immediately hit with the stench of sewer, so that was a real turnoff. This could be a 5 star place if they fixed the simple things. I would only come back here to get a lobster roll to go.

We don't know if we got a bad batch but were uninterested in grabbing another order and wasting more food. And lastly, yeah I'm sorry I'm not giving a rave review (as I said, turns out I'm not their clientele), I ordered a vanilla shake and it was pretty bland with barely the vanilla flavor and not very cold. Just as common as another chain having their machine being broken. We did choose other shakes but disappointed. The fries we split were decent and the chicken bites my wife had were good. My chicken sandwich was tasty but put together sloppy. Overall for a fast food chain it was good for what it was. Would return if craving a shake and fast food.

The seasoning on the chicken is so good, and you never get any chicken surprise, if you know what I mean. They trim it really well. Huge appreciation for that! So good. Legit one of those sandwiches you start thinking about later. The fries are extra good too. Crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle, and the seasoning on them is flavorful and salty in the best way. If they served Coke products, this place would be a 6 out of 5 :)

Really good cheesesteak!…read more I met a friend here for dinner, the Parking is kind of scarce so try looking at side streets if possible. When we arrived, we took a quick look at the menu and placed our order with the cashier. We then waited inside for our food. They have a couple of tables inside but more outside. The day we went it was raining so definitely sit outside if you can. The cheesesteak did not come with fries, so I added those for an additional cost. I ordered a large side of fries, but it definitely looked like a single serving. The fries themselves were very crispy though so good quality control on the freshness. The cheesesteak itself was massive! I did order it without onions, so besides the modification, it was really great! It was chopped steak, which I found a little tougher to eat because every time I took a bite some would fall out. I would rather have had it be slices or even strips instead, just for better eating purposes. But the overall flavor was amazing! They also had a cannoli that my friend tried and he really enjoyed it. Overall, I definitely think I would go back and maybe try another cheesesteak they had on the menu.
