It's not just desks that they offer but also opportunities to learn and network with others through classes and networking events that seem to happen regularly, too. Within the space, there's also outside patio space, shower room and quiet rooms/booths for anyone that wishes to do their own things, too. They also are within walking distances from different places like cafes, restaurants, greenwood area and entertainment/performing space as well. What I particularly like is their flexibility: even though 36 Degrees N has regular work hours, they also offer add on packages to come in off hours (24/7 and weekends) and open up additional mail boxes to intake mails as well. Seeing this coworking space (and additional office they have in downtown area --the 36 Degrees N Incubator space), I am certain 36 Degrees North is the best co-working space in town!

The Anne and Henry Zarrow Foundation purchased the three-building complex, formerly housing Dollar Thrifty Plaza. The intention is to use the space to advance the philanthropic goals of the foundation - which focuses on alleviating symptoms of poverty, enriching health and wellness, and empowering community members to improve their lives.Once developed, the entire plaza will be entirely owned by the nonprofits moving into it. Legacy Plaza's East Tower will be home to four nonprofit headquarters: the Mental Health Association, Assistance League of Tulsa, Community Action Project of Tulsa, Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, and LIFE Senior Services. It will also provide 170 new affordable housing units through Vintage Housing, including 50 dedicated to senior living. Legacy Plaza West Tower will become headquarters for Family & Children's Services and Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences. This means their administrative operations will no longer divided among three buildings. Staff from five F&CS community and home-based children's services will be consolidated into one spot. F&CS will take over eight floors of the West Tower, while OSU-CHS will have five floors. Having a single spot for the public to know where to seek support services and clinical care is invaluable.

It was built in 1927 by oilman Waite Phillips (notice the W.P. seals on the elevators) and his wife, Genevieve Elliot. It was designed by Edward Delk, a prize-winning architect who also designed the Philbrook. It is said to have been inspired by gothic revival styles and embellished with Art Deco details. The red and green tile roof stands out as one of its characteristic features. It is 24 stories and was the tallest building when it was completed. During the 1950's, it was home to many commercial enterprises. W. P. donated the building to the Boy Scouts who then sold it in 1977 to a group of Tulsa investors. In 2004, floors 12-20 were made private luxury residences. It was the first ever mixed-use high rise.

My apartment felt like an oasis in a new city, with a view of cherry street and welcoming neighbors. There are conveniences such as a roof top bar and restaurant in the building as well as a cycle bar right below. Any item I needed help the team was quick to action. All in all if you're new in town looking for somewhere to stay and a team to work with the 1515 Lofts team is the one I recommend. I no longer live in Tulsa but if I ever did return for sure the team at 1515 lofts would be my first call.

I am in the new unit, newly built, and I have roaches, and mice. I have told them about them multiple times, and still nothing has been done about it. I don't feel safe in my apartment anymore. They told me there were security cameras before I moved in, but when my apartment got robbed they didn't seem to exist, even though this happened in broad daylight. They also tell you that there is on site security patrolling the area, and there isn't. This Complex is full of lies, and don't care about your safety! DON'T RENT HERE!

The views of downtown Tulsa were spectacular, especially at night. Also had a great view of many fireworks displays during the 4th of July Holiday. Our room was fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, and rent included internet and utilities as well. The prices were affordable, and we frequently got free upgrades (switched from a queen bed to a king bed, installed a combo washer/dryer unit, hung new beautiful paintings and artwork on the walls). The community is gated with 24/7 security, and it is kid, family, and dog friendly all around. There is an indoor gym, outdoor tennis/basketball court, track field, and garden park for plenty of exercise opportunities. There is a large coin and card operated laundry room in the basement. There is also a convenience store open 7 days a week to buy simple groceries, drinks, snacks, or fast food. In addition, there are parking garages with designated parking spots for cars. The area is in the middle of downtown within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and tourist attractions such as the BOK Center, ONEOK Field, and Guthrie Green. It was definitely well worth staying at this condominium complex for months and even years!

The board of directors and officers of Central Park Owner's Association manage the complex but own none of the units. For many years, necessary maintenance was deferred, but the bylaws were amended several years ago, and thanks to the officers, improvements are occurring at a breakneck speed. All you have to bring is your clothes, toiletries, and food. Everything else is provided. You couldn't ask for a better location which provides quick local access to all around town because of the proximity to highways. It's located right in the downtown area with access to all the great things happening there!
