I am pleased with Key Renters marketing abilities. I am pleased with Brian Property Manager quick response to my concerns and open line of communication with any problems with the property. That has been great. I am not pleased with the particular maintenance crew that did some work at my property. That said, I opted to have my handyman and myself clean up and fix up the rest of the property to my standard. I live here in Tulsa and I do drive by from time to time. That is my responsibility. That is my solution to that problem. I know the work is done right. Currently, I have reached out to Brian and Hannah (Business Rep) about my financial statements that need better transparency and explanation of deductions. I also have a listed amount of unpaid bills on my online account dashboard with no explanation. These things are easily fixable. "Hey this isn't making sense to me." "Can you find someone in your organization that can help me understand?" Overall, I am rating a 3. Marketing (5). Maintenance (1). Administrative services (3). We rented a house in Jenks for a year and a half. We had to find something quickly from out of…read morestate. Now that I know how they treat tenants, I wouldn't rent from them again. Here are my chief complaints 1. 14-page lease with all kinds of crazy language and requirements. When I asked the agent about a few things, she said not to worry about it. 2. House was falling apart and yard was a mess of mole holes and weeds. They told us to make a list of everything wrong and our list was lengthy. It included several broken locks and windows. They did not fix anything though! 3. We put down a large deposit (over a grand) plus $400 for pets. When we moved out, we cleaned thoroughly and mowed, weeded and weed wacked the yard, but we were still charged $400 for yardwork and $100 for cleaning.

After…read moredoing business with multiple property management companies in Tulsa, I have noticed that Home Finders Leasing and Management Inc., is by far head and shoulders above the rest. They currently manage all my properties and I have benefited greatly with Nate's (Garrett & Company Realty) ability to negotiate purchase agreements. Communicating with Luke and his associates over the past few months has been a pleasure. They are quick to solve problems and always reachable. More importantly, they are diligent to make sure tenants are properly taken care of and treated with respect. Furthermore, they have a cutting edge accounting system that increases transparency and saves me a tremendous amount of time. Five stars for the professionalism and quality service offered by Home Finders. It is always nice working with a business that truly cares about their clients. For me it all boils down to character and competence. Nate and Luke's' background speaks for itself and on every occasion they have demonstrated their competence with tenant selection, property acquisitions, and overall how they run their business. Guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!

they don't even deserve one star. and don't comment and say this is for the wrong business because…read moreit's for the correct business. i have a 740 credit score. I have never been late on a payment in my life. they tried to not let me verify my income which is g as I'm a disabled combat veteran so my income comes every month at the same time. they would give me a error message so I could not verify. then on top of that they told me they don't accept bank statements ... what kind of rental place does not accept bank statements? or benefit verification letters from the va ? then what really got me is they tried to tell me I was high risk and that i would need to pay a double deposit ... with a garrunteed income of atleast 6k per month. That I've had for years and a credit score of 740, applied for a house where the rent was only 1600$ a month. They tried to tell me my security deposit would be 3500$ .... i paid 55$ for an application fee that was clearly not authentic. This company needs to be stopped! they are crazy if they thought they were gonna scam that money from me. I've never been treated like this !

I cannot believe no one has written a review on Perry Properties. Deep breath...possibly the most…read morecrooked, shady slum lords in Tulsa. I lived in an apartment on 15th they owned. The apartment wasn't bad, but the electricity was shut off for non payment more than it was on. SO...If I came home after dark, I would have to walk up a VERY dark flight of stairs to get to my door and then fumble blindly with my keys trying just to unlock my door, which turned into a full on freak out if I had kids with me. I constantly had plumbing problems and it would take weeks for them to show up. Sometimes helping themselves into my house uninvited and at odd times. I had lived there about 6 months when they got new management, and I received a letter that they had no record of my rent being paid for the months of September, October, and November. This was in March of the next year. At the time I patid rent with Money Orders, I found the receipts for Sept and Nov, but the Oct receipt was gone. I had to pay it again. If they never received October rent, why would they wait till March to even mention it? Then, later upon telling my story to various people, I encountered several more people that received the same letter demanding proof of payment or face eviction. Now I was convinced that Perry Properties just sent this letter out in an attempt to corner unorganized twenty somethings like me to double pay their rent or be evicted. Maybe trying to round up $ to pay the city and electric bill. Did I mention that the owner, Dan Perry, is a lawyer? Reluctantly and irate, I paid it to keep a clean renters history, but I also gave my notice the same day. To this day, I still hate the greyish blue color that they paint all of their properties.

BOTH electric and water were both shut off for non payment (though my rent was on time) during my 6 MONTH lease. pathetic, pathetic slum lords. avoid at all costs.
