I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

Maintenance is responsive, professional, and does an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. The office staff is equally amazing; always welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Madison and Brittany. They go above and beyond to make residents feel heard, supported, and valued. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stand out and make a difference. I'm grateful to be part of a community that is so well cared for and supported by such a great team. But let me mot forget, most of all the pool was the highlight! Any time I ever needed anything from the front office they were very professional and customer focused. Trash service was a huge plus, as well as close to gas station, major highways, food and shopping. If you're happy with apartment living this is the place to be... The only downside which will be anywhere you live is theft, this apartment has been a target of car break-ins ever since I lived here unfortunately and was a victim of it myself. I would still tell you to live here but to be diligent in locking your doors and keeping things out of your car so no one has the desire to steal what you have. She would sit in the parking lot and get wasted with her friends. (Not something I wanted my 6 y old daughter to be forced to see on a daily basis) the manager would talk bad about other tenants to me, including other tenants financial situations. Almost everything in my apt broke and it was impossible to get them to fix it bc how many other tenants had problems. Seems like I was always on the bottom of a VERY long list. Someone stole my chairs off my back patio. My garage door that I paid extra for broke multiple times. It was not fixed in a timely manner. Just an all around bad experience. I have lived in other Apts and never had these problems.

JD and Dustin really helped me feel comfortable with my big move, and being new to the area. When I initially came in to tour the apartments they were super kind, sweet and very informative. They helped me get all set up and JD kept in contact with me while I went back to California to "close up shop". They both went above and beyond. Dustin is a ray of sunshine with the most friendliest smile! He has helped me recently figure out the speakers in the gym and the propane timer on the BBQ. He's very helpful! Eddie from maintenance helped me when we first moved in. He was great! It's like all Eddie has to do is walk in your door and everything is fixed and you are good to go! Eddie is very friendly too!
