It's business and I appreciated that. My advice for any potential or current tenant is to communicate early and often. Communicate clearly and ask for what you want. When I didn't get the answer I wanted, I gathered more information and spoke with her again. We were always able to resolve any issue that came up over the 7 year period. Again, she is running a business representing her homeowner clients.

That is my solution to that problem. I know the work is done right. Currently, I have reached out to Brian and Hannah (Business Rep) about my financial statements that need better transparency and explanation of deductions. I also have a listed amount of unpaid bills on my online account dashboard with no explanation. These things are easily fixable. "Hey this isn't making sense to me." The location is super convenient to so many things. I'm close to Woodward Park, The Gathering Place, downtown and Riverside Drive which can get me to other side of town very easily. O'Fallon Properties keeps Cherry Street Villas up to date, clean and their maintenance staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Any issue I might have (hardly any) is always addressed immediately and fairly. Rent is affordable and best of all I feel very safe considering how busy Cherry Street can be on the weekends. The property never has any trouble and I often see O'Fallon Properties routinely surveying the area and making their presence known. If you are lucky enough to see an opening at Cherry Street Villas I highly recommend you come check it out for yourself. Us tenants say hi to each other and for me, it's a terrific community.

The maintenance team truly does a wonderful job. The building and grounds are well maintained, with nice landscaping, as well as small communal areas for the residents to enjoy. They have recently installed a new gate on the property, it is heavy, and provides a level of privacy and security that is wonderful to have. If you want to live in an apartment that doesn't overcharge you, and does a great job of keeping everything maintained, then you need to look at any of their properties.

I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. The day we arrived property manager Laura met us and took us to our new apartment. She was very nice and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in - despite it being small 2 bedroom, it was very cozy, clean and renovated. The backyard is beautiful with many big trees and a big lawn (that being mowed regularly) so my dog was very happy about that! Free covered parking is a plus!!! Any problem we had - was addressed quickly! Maintenance people are very friendly, fast, nice to deal with. Management is very cool too - I liked to stop by there sometimes and have a chat :) I liked our neighbors too - they were dancers from Tulsa Ballet. I like that people around are very kind and you can tell they like the place they live in - they plant flowers and helping the surroundings to be even more pretty! So in general I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking to rent in a safe area, close to highway and has pets. Price is very fair too!
