    Thin crust closeup!

My mom's a thin crust lover so we tried this place out. Beet and goat cheese salad and a pizza with anchovies and mushrooms. Service was friendly and pointed out attention to the happy hour special (buy a bottle of wine and get a free plain pizza) which I appreciated for later. (I like HH options). Crust was thin and crispy as advertised. No complaints about this place.

There are so many different styles of pizza throughout the city and this is a great place if you're into thin crust pizza. The place is small but they have outdoor seating that you can enjoy if the weather is nice. We were a party of 3 and ordered the beet and goat cheese salad, classical, and shroomtown pizza. All of the food was delicious! The salad was delicious, I only wish there was more goat cheese. The mushroom pizza was a so flavorful and the truffle oil enhanced the flavor of the mushrooms. The service was good and prices are reasonable for the area. I'm looking forward to returning and getting the mushroom pizza again.

I'm not much of a pizza guy. Discovered this place about five or six years ago when I visiting some one in the area. Have been coming here for some years now when I'm in the area. Usually I'm further south and do not frequent as often. But when I get a yen for pizza this is my go to place in NYC for THIN crust pizza - the thinest & crustiest. Very unpretentious place, clean & comfortable, service is very courteous & polite, unlike many other NYC establishments. So, son and I ordered a thin crust personal size (9 inch, we thought it would be enough - HA!) mushroom & onion pizza. It finally arrived, we woofed it. The waitress came about to clean the table & asked - another? YES!!! Images below show the thin crust It's been around since 1999, they must be doing something right If you're looking for thin crust pizza - GO

This chain of pizza places is so underrated! I've been to multiple locations and have never been disappointed. Like the other spots, Posto serves up delicious thin crust pizza that is very satisfying. One large pizza was enough for my party of two. We had ordered the caprese salad, but would skip that next time and just stick to pizza. Ambiance and service are similar to that of a casual sit down pizzeria and very chill.

I can't say too much about the service since I took the pizza to go, but inside it was very intimate and a cute vibe. I want to come again to dine in. My friends and I shared a large pizza splitting the Margherita and the mushroom flavors. OMG the mushroom itself gets a 5 star for me. The pizza was the perfect amount of thin, but the mushrooms were absolutely fantastic. There was perfect sauce to topping to crust ratio. It's nice to find a local spot close to you and I will probably only get the mushroom next time.

This pizza spot? Top tier. I only bring my favorite people to enjoy this pizza masterpiece. Parma and mushroom pizzas are my go-tos--thin crust perfection. Friendly staff, cozy vibes. Always hits the spot. Highly recommend. Period.

Pizza at Posto is consistently delicious. I have been eating here since they opened. Our tradition for July 4th is to pick up a pizza and share it with two neighbors. This is again what we did this year. A large pizza, half with mushrooms and truffle oil and the other with pepperoni, was ordered in person which we find is far better than placing an order via the apps. The aroma while walking home is yummy. We took it to the apartment and savored each slice with a bottle of Husch dry Gewurtzraminer. The wine made the pizza sparkle. Eden always likes the shroom pizza. My favorite is the white pizza showered with arugula. Carole likes everything. Not only is it attractive but it's jolly tasty too.

A toast to Posto --LOVE THE PIZZA!!

I have been coming here for over 20 years and regret I haven't posted anything on YELP before. I just can't say enough about Fernando who has been our server for as long as I can remember. Fernando is outstanding, attentive to every detail and makes us feel at home. Also, compliments to Mauro who is also a main stay at the restaurant. The pizza, salad, drinks, atmosphere and staff are exceptional. The pizza is thin, crispy, and sooooo delicious. The restaurant and staff are like family and go above and beyond. We have had retirement parties, birthday celebrations and our usual once or twice a week pizza/salad at Posto. A nice happy hour wand more keeps us coming back for more. Thank you! V

We came from NM to visit some family friends who brought us here. This was quite literally the best pizza I've eaten in my entire life and I don't think anything will ever top it. Service was quick and polite as well and the overall feel of the shop was great. It is small, but they easily accommodated a group of 5 as a walk in, but if you really want a table I would recommend a reservation.

I am SO glad we did. The vibe drew us in, they had great music bumpin from the outside, it looked lively and welcoming. Let me tell you- I would have skipped dinner and just stayed here all evening if it was my choice! But alas, my husband wanted a bit more to eat. But let me tell you- their knowledge of wine is PRISTINE! I can't tell you what white wine we had but they captured our tastes perfectly. We also shared a bruschetta and it was deliciouso! I love how friendly the staff was here and how unpretentious it all was. Next time we are in NYC- we will definitely make a point to come visit Rake!

First I'll start with the wine - we ended up trying all three happy hour wines (HH until 7), which the tables favorites were the white and we ended up getting a bottle to split once HH ended (but I really enjoyed the other vino verde option). It was incredibly refreshing and paired well with the many tinned fish options. As you'd expect - it's a pretty massive selection and there is bound to be a varietal and glass for any palate. It's also attached to a wine store - so it's fine to see all the bottles when peaking over. Food-wise - this is where it was hit or miss, they have a pretty extensive menu (with a whole tinned fish section!) and we ended up ordering the buratta on focaccia (buratta was excellent, focaccia was too dense for my tastes), mushroom truffle crostini (way too salty), the flatbread with sliced kielbasa (was fine), halloume (table favorite ), tinned sardines in lemon oil (delicious), tinned smoked trout (my favorite). Overall the four of us were very full at the end of the meal! The space itself felt very relaxing and rustic, and definitely got busier as the night went on (we got there at 6:50 and left around 9). The service was also fast and attentive - even for the amount of tables they were serving. Overall - I'd definitely go back again, and maybe just focus on the wine and another tinned fish selection!

The ssam lettuce wraps were good, though they read a little more like Jewish brisket with a spicy bean sauce than what I expected from a Korean lettuce wrap. Still tasty, just a different vibe. The bar is very scenic so you will definitely feel like you are getting the full dining experience. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Make reservations for peak dining times in the evenings and on weekends. Many people walked in without reservations and were seated right away on Saturday evenings. Highly recommend trying their original cocktails ($18). We tried the flower child and the harvest moon. Both were tasty. I would get harvest moon again and again. Perfect balance of Tart, sweet refreshing and strong. Menu items change seasonally so it's delightful to try something new every time you visit. $21 potato croquettes were highly disappointing. Everyone recommended them highly, but I could not understand why. For such price, three tiny balls of fried potato should've been mind blowing, but they were underwhelming and forgettable at best. Skip. $24 giant ricotta stuffed raviolo was delightful. Such soothing comfort food. If I could eat just this, I would be happy. $26 fresh crudo was refreshing and light. Delicious cold broth/juice soup in which it was served. $32 Bronzino with mussels in a broth was superb. Light, crispy, and delicate. Would eat this dish for dinner Any night of the day. Balanced flavor profile. Could suit anyone who is picky about their food. $30 lamb neck was a solid dish. Perfectly crunchy on the outside and delicate and flavorful on the inside. Wish the portion was a bit bigger, especially the sides. $38 duck confit was highly advertised, however, it was underwhelming and the least stand out dish. It was solid, but nothing that I would order again or recommend. The duck was on the dry side. Definitely not enough sauce. The cabbage and the cabbage salad were good. Crispy and refreshing. The duck was not the star of this dish. $13 chocolate mousse with strawberry coulis was surprisingly delightful. So light and balanced. Not sweet, but just right to finish a meal. I could eat this dessert every day after every single meal. So simple, yet it hit the spot. Service is very fast and efficient. One of our readers was superb and provided stellar recommendations. Another waiter (young and inexperienced) was very shy and his energy felt very stifling.
