New location, same awesome service…read more We've been using copydotcom for years and they have always been great. Now that they're in a new location, it's good to see that the service is just as good as always Service: They have always been able to handle our variety of print needs and are as accommodating as possible when we have a rush job This time I was picking up some signs but had never printed something like that before. They gave me options and advised me with what they thought was best (all via email - yay no phone calls). They're very knowledgeable and helpful! Cost: The cost seems fair and reasonable to me. There are probably some big brand stores that might be a little cheaper but not enough for me to make the switch Location: The new location feels huge and spacious which is always a plus Personally I don't love their parking lot here but that's just because I'm bad at parking

Charlie Gurrola greeted me with a very warm welcome and he attended to my project immediately. The owners and the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and the pricing was very competitive. I think I showed too much excitement when they gave me my quote (need to work on that poker face). They printed a proof on the spot and I left with a great experience. I did however, find that I had misaligned the design and contacted them the next day by email. They got back to me quickly and were able to work with me to cut the program in a way that made the design flaw less obvious. It was really a pleasure to work everyone and I love how my programs look!
