I explained what I wanted and he says, "It's $5.50" he hadn't even weighed it. I asked him to weigh it, he still wanted to charge me $5.50. Finally he weighs it, he says, "Oh, it only needs 3 stamps. $3.30" then he looks at the envelope. He says, "This is going to Colorado? We can't mail this. You need one of those envelopes" pointing to a wall of envelopes. I said, "those are $40, I just want to mail this card. " He told me it would take 5-6 months, if it made it at all. I told him I just want it mailed, he took the envelope and said, "5 months, if it even makes it at all"He was trying to cheat me more than once. This location has always had a fantastic crew up until a few months ago when Poonam Rani took over the franchise. This new crew, well, until they have been terminated, I will look for other options to take my business to. I've reported this incident to UPS and the USPS as well as the Federal Police department that oversees the mail. This employee's behavior was not acceptable. Ms Rani's response was not acceptable. I emailed and spoke on the phone with Poonam Rami, she offered no apology and replied to my email with a form letter. She also accused me of being a racist. Very poor business ethics and very shady business practices.

The entire set up process here took less than five minutes, including waiting for the man in front of me to take care of his package pickup. Just needed to show two forms of ID and sign in three places. I like the fact that they give you a key to the front door for 24 hour access and you get a true street address...not just a P.O. number. They also sign for packages for you and notify you by email. The worker there was courteous and efficient. Wasn't forced to enter any monthly contracts either, which is great because I will only be needing it for a short time. I can't comment on the reliability yet, as I haven't even used it, but it seems like a pretty straightforward biz with no hassles so far.

I believe Fedex is purposely giving us the runaround to waste time so that the claim window expires. This establishment manager informed me that other customers are experiencing this same issue. Save yourself this nightmare and DO NOT ship ANYTHING via Fedex. I hope this establishment reads this review and ceases business with them. If they continue business with Fedex, they need to explain to customers that Fedex is not reliable. Establishments that knowingly utilize an unreliable service should hold a level of accountability at some point. I guess I will never receive my refund and that is unacceptable on EVERY level. Tammy who works there was extremely friendly. She went above and beyond to help me put my package into my car and also cut up the box to make it fit. My package was 33 pounds and it was a large box.
