It took me 7 long months of failed attempts with 3 businesses (1 that I previously worked with and 2 who came highly recommended) before I came across JLS Design and Graphics. I called and left a voicemail and received a prompt response. From then on, all correspondence was via email (which is what I preferred). I sent him my logo, a photo/dimensions of the area I wanted to display the sign, and asked for his recs. His recommendation was spot-on and captured my vision perfectly. The mock up was beautiful, pricing was extremely fair, and the sign came and was installed exactly 3 weeks after I placed the order. My sign is BEAUTIFUL, exactly what I wanted, and perfect quality. (I'm a stickler for detail and there was not one single smudge, dent, or nick on the sign.) Omar and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name) were quick to install the sign and were happy to make adjustments until I was 100% satisfied.
