We started with the Brussels sprouts and they were phenomenal. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, they set the tone for the rest of the meal. We also ordered the mosaic plate which was a creative twist on a traditional hummus plate. Instead of hummus it had an eggplant base that was smooth and delicious, a great change of pace. For mains, I had the chicken and my wife had the ribeye. The chicken had a nice crispy texture that I really enjoyed, even though it leaned a little dry. The risotto served alongside it was absolutely immaculate, creamy and rich, the kind of dish you remember long after the meal. The ribeye had good flavor, though a little fatty, and it came with fries and a salad which made it a complete plate. We finished with the tiramisu and it was the perfect ending. Light, decadent, and beautifully balanced, it was so good that both of us agreed it elevated the entire experience. The food overall was creative and flavorful, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere made the evening enjoyable from start to finish. With dishes like these, especially the risotto, Brussels sprouts, and tiramisu, this place earns five stars without question.

When I say this was one of my favorite spots in the area I mean it. Sat at the bar and sipped some old fashions and talked with the bartender. Great atmosphere and cool people that take care of you. I ordered the pork chop and was blown away. Absolutely would try it again, but I'd also love to try their steak. 5/5 experience all around! Highly recommend.

Zack is the best bartender I have ever been served by The atmosphere is quite amazing Quiet, local feel and Fantastic Foid by amazing kitchen staff!

Excellent service Elizabeth was great ! Great food the chicken was excellent. The broccoli was fantastic.

My wife and I had no idea what we were walking into when we walked into Postero tonight. We didn't have reservations but were promptly seated at a high top table near the bar. We were greeted quickly by the bartender who recommend their signature drink which was fantastic. We had the gnocchetti app, the filet and the chicken along with the seared grit cake. For desert, we had their rhubarb cake. We eat out more than we should but this was hands down the best meal we've had all year.

My husband, adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Cool historic building -once a bank-and very pleasant staff. Food was excellent. My favorite wine was available-that's rare. Highly recommend

So so good!! Get the scallops! The food was delicious. Did I mention the scallops? Delicious! Our next favorite dish was the shrimp scampi. Our server was also manning the bar, so service was a little slow, but not terribly. And he was so nice. The ambiance was neat as the building used to be an old bank. They included a note about the building history on the menu, which is always fun to check out and learn more. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend to anyone who's in the area.

This place is super romantic and our Waitress Shannon was amazing. Everything we had to eat was excellent ( scallops, ceviche, mushroom soup and pot de cream).

This dining experience never disappoints! It's not just another restaurant. It's an experience. You can taste the adventure in every single dish. The beef tartar was so tender and fulfilling with the Safran and smear. Wow. The underground bread brioche is much appreciated using a local bakery. The miso butter is just divine and unexpected. Tried and true shrimp.scampi is amazingly always on point and delicious. The scallops were seared nicely while tender inside on a corn puree and perfectly cooked broccolini and burst tomatoes. Coffee and pot de creme along with blackberry cobbler. The service was perfect. The food could bot have been better Thank you again for another phenomenal night.

Things we liked: -Our waiter. He was friendly, polite, and great at recommending and describing dishes. He even pointed out that it would be cheaper for us to buy a bottle of wine (serves 4) than 3 individual glasses. -The sweet & sour brussel sprouts appetizer -The small amount of choices on the menu. They keep it easy to choose. -The idea that you can choose multiple side items instead of one expensive main. Things we did not like: -The prices. But you know that going in... -The endive fennel salad. There was a flavor in there that we did NOT like, possibly the endive (similar to lettuce/cabbage). Those of us who ordered this salad all did not finish the part that I think was the endives. -A friend said her pork shoulder was super salty.

We arrived on time to a half filled facility, told "wait over there" and waited 15 minutes to be seated at a group table with children and infants. Hmm not what I was led to believe from the restaurant that self describes first class ambience and dinning experience in a farm like setting. The menu is somewhat limited. Ok great chefs do that so they can assure perfection. The waitress immediately told us her favorites. That is code for management telling staff " push these items". After listening we chose several appetizer items. I opted for the carrots as I had never seen them listed for $17 dollars! My spouse ordered the PEI mussels that were eloquently described with chimichurri and white wine with lime and sourdough. Well everything arrived at once and we were under whelmed. My carrots turned out as a single carrot sliced lengthwise with a drizzle of dark sauce. One carrot for$17 ? The mussels, lukewarm warm with perhaps a teaspoon of broth with two hard lumps of over grilled sourdough bread that were hard as rocks and one half of a lime. Presentation was not even a thought. We both said we need something else. I ordered sourdough bread and a Caesar salad described as anchovy, vinaigrette, black pepper, Parmesan, biscuit bread crumbs, local kale. Ok, so you know how this is going to go. The sourdough was hard bread rolls that must of arrived from the day old section in Ingles. The Caesar salad was dropped off at the table. We looked at a giant mound of Parmesan cheese and 100% kale. That is not a Caesar salad that is kale salad. Remember kale used to be a decoration on food. Lest we forget the trout pate for 20 bucks that arrived in a baby food jar and had the consistency of melted mayonnaise. No flavor, none. I don't need to carry on but.... Check arrived with no desert offerings. We asked for the desert menus which is very slim. We ordered the crème brûlée. It was great!!! The check arrived again and we promptly paid and left our waitress a good tip on an erroneous check and left never to return

Our water and drinks were empty multiple times. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming and extremely overpriced, especially for Hendersonville. I ordered the banh mi and wouldn't recommend it. The small sandwich was overwhelmed with mayo and lacked the traditional Vietnamese flavors I was expecting. To make matters worse, it was $18 and didn't even come with a side which felt unreasonable. For that price, I would much rather dine at Postero across the street. The restaurant asked if we were celebrating anything, and we mentioned a major accomplishment for our friend. While the waitress acknowledged it several times which was kind it was disappointing to learn that there was no complimentary dessert or gesture. At that point, repeatedly bringing it up felt unnecessary. Given the high reviews, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning.
