I was up at 4 a.m. getting ready for work, could not book their advertised same-day Live Scan online, and called the number they provide. The man who answered was shockingly hostile. He talked over me, repeatedly berated me for calling at 4 a.m., and lectured me over and over that he "only answers the phone for emergencies," apparently an unwritten rule new customers are somehow expected to know. He refused to hear that their website was the reason I called and then hung up on me. Insane business model, but go off. ***********RESPONSE Thank you for responding. This way everyone can see how defensive and unprofessional this business is. What I have stated in my original review is the truth. I am not going to respond to the entire word salad posted here because it attempts to bury the real issue, but here are a few clarifications. You said: "Please feel free to show us where on our website we advertise Live Scan services as available 24 hours a day. " I did not make that claim. I said, "could not book their advertised same-day Live Scan online." I called the number provided on the website to ask a question about navigating the website NOT for a "Live Scan 24-hour service." You said: "The phone number is answered after hours strictly for genuine emergency notary needs." Please direct me to where your website tells customers that the phone number is for emergency notary needs only after hours, because I did not see this. Also, what is "after hours" for a business that is listed as "open 24 hours?" Can you see why a new customer may be confused or not understand the business model? You said: "Calls are monitored and recorded for quality assurance." You may want to announce this to customers who are calling. I think this is a good thing. You said: "laughing was audible in the background during this call" This is impossible. It is wild the length you are going to deflect. Your response speaks for itself.

They did have good availability if you need something done quickly. Their rates are reasonable compared to the other notary services. Many major banks now have their own notary service that they provide to customers for free. Which is what I've been using recently. But if I had to pay for notary service, this is definitely a pretty good option.

She was involved with a phone call, taking care of paperwork, but still noticed when I came in and welcomed me to sign in. The sign in sheet showed she had a very busy morning. I had a scheduled appointment, but she was nice enough to go ahead and do my fingerprinting. I was grateful! She was very nice! Professional and very personable. I shouldn't have bothered her by asking questions as she was concentrating to get the best prints possible when prints didn't click the first time, but she answered my questions and didn't show any frustration. Everything ended well! Diana started my day off very well! I especially appreciate the fact that she did my LiveScan right away and did not make me wait. This hasn't always been the case at other offices when the person doing the prints was not busy and I arrived early. Diana was great!

I have dropped off things many times, as Amazon, and other services have used them as a location to drop of returns. They also have a regular mail drop box for letters. When I walk in, I typically am warmly greeted by staff. I have gone a few other times for various services. When planning my last trip out of the country, I realized that my passport had expired, and I needed to do priority processing to get it quickly. I went to this Postal Plus to get my passport photos taken. It was quick and easy. Recently, I had to have a document notarized. I was happy when I called to find that the owner was a notary, and would be there and available all day. It cost $15 which I believe is the going rate. There was a long line with a few customers before me and a few after me. After all, it was the holiday season. I thought he handled the line well without making people feel rushed, however, trying to get a few of the quicker services taken care of first. Regardless, I was in and out pretty quickly and on my way. I learned that this postal stop is moving a few blocks away due to increases in rent. It is a convenient shop to have nearby.

I have always found that the fastest to respond typically equates to great organization, care for new customers, and a strong work ethic to have successful and impactful business. There is a lot of competition out there. Kristen responded almost immediately after sending out inquiries to about 5 different notary services that indicate they offer apostille services. I received a voice mail, text message, and email with an acknowledgment of being able to provide the apostille service and an invitation and appreciation for finding and considering her business. Very professional and very impressive! Kristen was able to further assist my request with a confirmed time to meet the next day (mobile notary = she comes to you...a big plus). I felt very comfortable and really did not need any more response from other businesses, as her attention to detail, professionalism, responsiveness, and price point were all top notch. We confirmed all the details and items needed for the apostille process the night before via email. Kristen sent a notification via text on her ETA within our set time window. yesterday was my first foray into this business. i was trying to ship a car key to arhentina. my…read moreonline researched showed me that fedex had two options, $60 for a one day delivery, $30 for a second day delivery. opted for the $30 variant and went into fedex to find out that the minimum charge to get an 0.05 oz car ket to argentina was $190. that just blew me out of the water. to his credit, he did advise me that aero mail may have different options...it took me a while to figure out they were next to the restaurant at the entrance to montgomery field (the lady at the apartments told me) and Kat was absolutely fantastic. for starters their fedex rate was even lower than the efedx office but still through the roof...long story short i sent the key for $45 and today i got usps tracking data, which reminded me i had promised Kat a 5 star review.
