It took them 20 seconds. The cheapest shipping option with tracking for this item that weighed less than a pound in a tiny box was $42 from San Diego to Kansas. Mind you this was for a week timeframe on the delivery. The only reason I went through with shipping it from here was it was a business transaction on a company credit card. This place is ridiculous. Ridiculously overpriced. In addition, the customer service was average at best. Please avoid at all cost!

I had two plumbing parts in an open box to return, that needed to be re-boxed, sealed, and shipped. She said she was so busy she would seal it up later. So she weighed and measured the box, and I paid and left. It was a return of two plumbing parts to Kohler. I was supposed to be getting a $948 refund for these two parts. The two parts weighed a total of 11 pounds. Kohler only refunded me $275 because they only got one part returned that was 6 pounds. So there was one part missing in my return box. Someone from the store took one part out of the box for themselves, and then sealed up the box and shipped what was left. What was stolen was a shower handle and trim kit. That is simply a fact. 11 pounds went into that store, and only 6 pounds left in my shipping box. That is not disputable. This is confirmed by Kohler, and me. If I had known I was at risk of being robbed, I would have taken a video of the entire process, and insisted on my return box being sealed in my presence. It is my fault for trusting in others and thinking all stores are run professionally. Next time when someone asks me to leave a box open and that they will seal it later because they are too busy, that will NOT happen. If a shipper is building a box for me, they're going to have to seal my return product in the box in front of me. I'll never make that mistake again. I will hold up the whole line if I have to. And I certainly won't come back to this store again to be robbed. Management...you have a thief in your store. Do better. Your poor hiring practices just cost me the loss of $673 in refunds. At only $0.82 for a single page for black and white, it's much cheaper than other places that charge around $2.50 for the same thing. That said, there are some drawbacks. After you email your document, it can take five minutes or more just to receive the retrieval code to enter at the printer. The staff will tell you to step outside and refresh your email, but the delay makes the process pretty frustrating. Parking is another issue. There are about 17-18 spots, but even with only four customers in the store, I couldn't find a space. I waited at least eight minutes and still nothing opened up, not even on the side street. I eventually gave up on parking and walked. Overall, it's the best price I've found for printing a small number of pages, but the wait times and parking situation make it a bit of a headache.
