I received exceptional customer service - honestly the guy helping me actually went above and beyond. He took his time making sure the international item was properly addressed, he explained the process,looked for the best price. This package arrived safely to its international destination within a week. The return item he was patient and helpful as well. Well I was there I also witnessed people coming in to get documents notarized and again he was extremely helpful and professional. There is always someone at the counter who is speedy, friendly, and efficient. I needed a last minute Christmas package sent and they gave me great price/time options, and it arrived on time! I've had Amazon returns brought there without boxes and they're able to find out exactly where it needs to go and scan the barcode on my phone without issue. I arrived after work to a line of 6 people, and waited no longer than 10 minutes while the guy at the desk whipped through the line. Great location!
