I was shipping 2 packages here yesterday, Dec. 15th. One package to SC weighed 9.5lbs 16x12x10 - I was told UPS was the only service that would deliver by the 23rd and was charged $63.15! The other to Cedar City UT 6.2lbs 20x14x6 and same answer.. only UPS and was charged $29.00! $92.15 for 2 packages. I saw on the receipt the weights had been adjusted to 13lbs on both under "Ratio Weight". They couldn't tell me what that was, except they always do it that way. I took back my packages, got a refund along with a rude response and told by the owner to "have fun in line at the post office, and I'd only save probably $40.00!! He basically just told me how much he overcharged! So I was actually overcharged $34.95 after going to the post office, waiting only 15 minutes and paying $58.20 for both with delivery by Friday the by the 22nd. This is not how to treat customers. I expect to pay a surcharge $5.00 per package for convenience but not $20.00 & 15.00. Don't ship here, you'll pay almost double! read more

So I read the review by Bonnie B and I have to disagree with her. There are 2 signs taped to different places saying there is a convenience charge for buying stamps!!!!!! So Bonnie if you do not look around your surroundings and don't read the signs, I'm sorry. But do not blame it on postal annex and leave bad reviews for a great business! They are family owned and not a big corporation. So they have to make their money!!! That being said, I will always come there and give them my business because the owner is very nice and always helpful, and never tries to rip me off. Usually the other way around!!! read more

I can't begin to express how grateful I am for the wonderful customer service and help James and his staff consistently provide for all of our needs. It's not very common where you find professional services that are delivered with a remarkably human touch. James has provided traveling notary services for an ill relative of mine and was so caring and understanding throughout the entire process. He's also helped my elderly mother with copies and other postal type services which is priceless to me given I live in another state and cannot do the same given the distance. Be aware that they charge an extra 10 cents per postage stamp, so when buying a roll of stamps you are paying $10.00 more than the post office or Costco charges ($65 as opposed to the REAL cost of $55). They DO NOT disclose the extra charge when you request to purchase them. I didn't discover the additional cost until I got home. When I called they said "it's a convenience charge." Won't be doing business with them anymore. read more

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I paid a lot of money to ship some live koi to my mother for her birthday. I was promised second day delivery. They did not arrive. I contacted the owner who was very rude and argumentative. He refused to accept any kind of responsibility. I will never go there again. read more
