The workers are friendly but they don't do a good job of managing the line at all. I waited 30 minutes for a book of Christmas stamps and when I got to the front, they told me they were out and did a terrible job of showing me other options. What a waste of time. read more

Parking is scarce and tight squeeze But nice drive thru drop off location Line to the door and waited 15min Maybe bc it was the 2nd of the month Nonetheless the lady wanted me to buy a roll of tape $5 for one piece of scotch tape to put on envelope to ensure it didn't open. I've been in line for 20 minutes, and there's literally 1 person working in the entire building. She's doing all she can, and she's super apologetic. It's not her fault. That said, the 10 people in line behind me and the several in front of me are rather irritated. The self-service kiosk gave me error messages, otherwise I'd handle this myself. Nonsense. read more

The workers are so rude and unaccommodating to all their customers, they found small little issues with almost every customers packages, tape, etc, even made a woman with kids go to the back of the horrendous line after she waited forever to even get up there. When it was my turn the woman at the counter basically snapped at me, I felt as if I came up warm, and nice, even asking how her day was. It's just kinda disgusting. Dont recommend this post office specifically. read more

Horrible customer service. I went in to do the verification for my address change and the lady at the counter literally told me "I'm screwed" because I didn't have a piece of proof showing that I lived at my previous add which was only a few months. read more

I use a lot of post offices around this area for my business and this location has hands-down the nicest employees not to mention I've never had better handling with my packages than at this location. read more

On Wednesday, June 5th 2024 I went to the Sheridan Station US Post Office [6112 E. 51st Place S, Tulsa Oklahoma 74135] to purchase money order totaling $1112. $1107 was for my June rent and the balance was fees for 2 money orders. The Post office lady at the counter swiped my debit card. The machine indicated approved. I was expecting the checks but was never given any money order. She then informed me that her check issuing machine had broken down and that she was going to get the manager to help. The manager was of no help. I was then advised to transfer to the next cashier. The new cashier took my card again and tried to run it a second time. I then advised her that the original clerk had withdrawn the funds. All three post office employees tried to convince me that the withdrawal was only pending and not charged. This customer then offered them my bank statement on my phone. The money was not pending. It was now with the US post office. The manager next handed me a piece of paper with 2 phone numbers,, one of which she said was the accounting department. This customer pleaded with her to make those calls on my behalf because reaching anyone in the complex US post office bureaucracy at any time is a problem for customers. I further explained that I was scheduled to travel within the hour and needed to avoid financial and credit repercussions from Inevitable late payments. She got annoyed and asked me to leave her post office, "go outside my post office to make the call" My God. She was really asking me to go outside in the Oklahoma June heat to make the calls. Unbelievable. Both phone numbers turned out to be automated lines with no options for my situation and no access to a human. The manager at this station was evil, wicked and bereft of any compassion. There is no humanity in her. How did she reach customer managerial Office with the absence of customer service skills that she displayed. As at today [June 08,2024] my money is still with the US post office. They have refused to return my money. They have not given me the money order that I paid for either. My rent is unpaid. Penalties accumulating. My hope is that others may learn from my pain. Avoid this post office. read more

I had sent a priority package from Va. to Tulsa for my granddaughter/son. I had been tracking it and it indicated the day it would be out for delivery, however, it was never delivered. I continue to check the tracking but showed it in the same place for 12 hours. I called the Sherdian post office and actually didn't expect to get anyone to answer, but a nice lady named Carolyn picked up right away. I told her the tracking number and gave her all the details and she took my name and phone number and said she would check into it. Two hours later I checked the tracking and the package was on route to its proper destination. Although it was a day late in arriving at my granddaughter's house, I appreciate Carolyn's efforts. Carier in the 74135 zip code today is just putting mail in whatever box they want. The actual address is not important. When confronted she acted like its normal for mail to be misdirected and when I call in they said if whoever got all of my mail returns it they will get it to me. So sick of this, its why the Post Office is going down hill. I've been resisting going to paperless but at this rate I can't keep trusting this lazy and careless service! read more

There are a couple of people working there with a good attitude, but they've clearly lost sight of what it means to serve the public. Closing the lobby before 6:00 when I was trying to return a form to them that they were asking for pretty much says it all. Dealing with them is a very frustrating experience. Do you really have to live down to the stereotype of the unhelpful bureaucrats? read more

This service is awful something was supposed to cost $14 to send and it cost $29 when all said and done, Do not recommend it!!!! At least this postal office! read more
