Once again, USPS lost my mail. I sent a check for my mortgage payment on June 25, 2025 and on July 9th my mortgage company still had not received it. I had to do a stop payment on my check, which cost $32.00, and make a phone payment in order to avoid late charges. This is the THIRD TIME this has happened. In total I have had to pay $96.00 for stop payments due to the post office's mistakes. I have called their customer service several times to complain about this but it just keeps happening. I also get other people's mail all the time and my mail delivered to wrong addresses. We pay postage to have our mail delivered so I feel that when they lose our mail they should have to reimburse our postage and whatever else their carelessness has cost us, such as the stop payment fees or late charges but they refuse to do this. I'd like to point out that I send all my mail directly from the post office so it's not like it's getting taken out of my mailbox. USPS has become so unreliable and irresponsible that I am afraid to send anything through the mail. Any future payments I have to make will be done by phone or online because I can't trust our postal service to do their job. read more

I put in a forwarding address and mail in December didn't get forwarded till April 2024

This is stupid. We went to send a present package but It said that the information was not enough so it was sent back to the sender. We we're waiting for it because I got information that's it's here on Tulsa but then on the tracking site it says that it's being delivered to the address that was suppose to be sent to in the first place. Like how that does make sense ?! I tried calling they kept saying it's close but the hours on the website is open. The phones the customer services are trash. Like what the fuck ! read more

Terri was efficient and friendly. Almost never a line at this Post Office. PO Boxes in a central location in Tulsa. Great service!

I figured it was safer to mail important items here versus at my apartment complex drop-box. I mailed a check in the big blue mailbox outside of the office and a week later my bank's fraud department calls me to say the check has been washed and someone tried to steal my money. read more

Cons: I've had my ups and downs with my local Post Office location. There was the time my brother in law forwarded all of mine and my husband's mail to his house; then he returned it to sender or threw it away. Took 2 trips to the post office and an interaction with my very annoyed mail carrier to resolve the matter. Pros: As an eBay seller, I am at my local post office quite a bit. There are some very friendly people who work here and some very grumpy people who work here. Short lines. Convenient location. Accepts credit cards. Plenty of parking. Cheaper rates than FedEx or UPS. read more

the fact this has to even be written is horrible.This is ridiculous. I live at the cascades and the fact the not only mine other occupants mail boxes are being left open. This post office is open later than most other locations which is good. However there's usually a long wait and they aren't super nice. They won't help you tape any packages & if you don't have them taped just right they will make you pay $4 for tape. I've never seen any other location not let you use their tape. Not terrible, not great. read more

My carrier is very scary. I reported him in 2016 and now in 2017. He purposely walks through my garden and areas where I'm trying to grow grass. I tried asking him nicely to walk around the areas I'm concerned with, but only received a belligerent rant in return of my request. He is old and a very large individual, so I'm a little wary of him. I reported him in 2016, but to no avail. His supervisor at the time sounded annoyed at having to address my concerns. Hopefully, I'll get this ridiculous situation resolved this time. I don't think any USPS customer should have to be intimidated by their local carrier. On the positive side, the other carriers are professional and act like sane individuals. read more

I can't be quiet about this. I'm new to this area, I get that, but I never had something like this happen back home. I went to the post office to drop off a package of something I was trying to return. The website said free returns and even sent me (what I thought) were shipping labels. So when the customer service rep, who already seemed very overwhelmed and aggravated as he was the only one working, told me I needed to pay $12, I told him it was a free return and showed him the label but he persisted, pretty rudely, and I asked if I could talk to someone else. The manager came out, basically said the same thing but in a nicer way and since I wanted to leave, I didn't want to fight it anymore and I went to pay. Then the rep proceeds to make "I told you so" type comments and how if I wouldn't have asked for a manager, I would already be out of there. I asked him to not be so argumentative with me, as I wasn't trying to argue with him. Then, in front of about 16 customers, he loudly calls me a pain in the ass. I was so humiliated I wanted to cry. Only one of those customers in line gasped and stood up for me. I asked for his name (Tony Leonard) - and literally walked out with tears in my eyes. Never been so embarrassed. read more
