The reviews about rude workers are correct. Two of the people (one m ale/one female) are so rude EVERY time I use them, it's as if they added a swear word at the end of each sentence or slapped me (they don't, but it feels like it). They have a way and an attitude of trying to make people look and feel stupid. And I'm a chemist with a high IQ, but they treat me (and apparently others) as if we're incredibly stupid and annoying. One guy is ok. The third guy is a DOLL! SO sweet. I hope he lasts, because he's the only one I don't dread talking to. In fact, when I don't see him, I just stick my packages into the slot so I don't have to interact with the rude workers. Honestly don't like this post office anymore. Went in to get a new passport and all these things had happened... 1. Andy and the other lady working that day, both had an attitude... 2. They needed the front and back of my license and I only brought the front... it's not like I'm applying for a job. 3. They close at 2:30pm: Most people aren't even off work that early to go do that. 4. It says they're open from 9am - 2:30pm. It doesn't say anything about them being closed an hour for lunch. Even if they are, they need another person to cover the shift, so they don't show fake information... Used to come here all the time as a kid, with my mom. This post office rocks it,,,,they are always helpful and courteous and I have never had a problem with them in the 6 years I been using this branch. The other day I was behind a older woman who came in so combative and accusational at the poor lady behind the counter as if she had personally and intentionally lost the womans package. After it was all said and done and the woman realized said package had been sent via FedX she meekly retreated without even an apology. The Gal behind the counter then helped me as if I was the first customer of the day. I don't know her name but she has Red hair and is awesome. read more

Came here to get my passport done. Had an appointment but stood around for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The gentleman who ended up assisting me was very rude as well. read more

Upset with this Post Office's mailmans or what not. I currently live in an apartment complex and the mailboxes are not far from where I am. A certified mail was to be delivered to my door and since I reside in an upstairs apartment, no one wants to walk up the stairs. I know this because even lazy advertisers or flier people won't come up the stairs, they just tape everything to the stair rails at the bottom of the stairs. (If you read this, just fyi I leave it there. If you're too lazy to walk up the stairs then it's not worth my time to get it.) So back to this attempted delivery of the certified letter. The mailman decides to mark the "Sorry we missed you" delivery notice as "attempted to deliver at 8:30am" on Monday. Monday at 8:30am I was sitting at my computer on the phone by the door making a payment. "Attempted to deliver at 8:30am" my butt. Why not try and walk up the stairs and actually knock on the freaking door. So I got another notice saying "Sorry we missed you" again!! This time they slipped it into the mailbox, no attempt was made at all. So I called the number on the back of the notice. I get a lady on the line and after talking and explaining myself to her she stated that she will put in the notes to "Knock Loudly", I told her they don't need to knock LOUDLY, they just need to actually come up the stairs and KNOCK. I've never had much of an issue with the USPS but this is just ridiculous. read more

Friendly people, but the service window tends to be understaffed. Mail delivery times are not consistent and occasionally items are delivered to the wrong address, but generally dependable. read more

This post office has some real issues. I am thinking that they need to send me a pay check, every pay day, since I am delivering a lot their mail for them and have for well over a year and a half now! I get mail, that is NOT mine, and it happens on a regular basis and I am sick of it!!! Not only that, I am NOT getting mail that IS mine. They delivered a $1,000.00 worth of my Mom's medication to who knows where. I took the tracking number into the post office, they looked it up and said, "It say's here it was delivered. I said, "I don't doubt that it was delivered, It just was NOT delivered to my house!!!" The worst part was is that that very day I was having the tracking number run I was taking some mail that was delivered to my house, that was NOT my mail. I said, "Just like I handed you the mail that was not mine, mine was delivered to someone else too....this CRAP happens on a regular basis. I AM SICK OF IT!!! I just wonder what other mail of mine was mis-delivered that I may never see, or know about! I am now on hold with the main post office, which is the ONLY number they show for all post offices...an 800 number. While I am writing this post I am on hold...there is a 50 minute wait time to get to talk to someone. This is our sorry Government at work people. I have noticed time and again that if the Government is in the mix it is all screwed up, it takes longer than it should and if THEY are the ones making a mistake they either take forever to correct it, deny it happened, or make weak excuses why it happened. I wish Donald Trump would do an overhaul of the entire Government system and if they still can't do a good job they need to be fired! read more
