They stole a package of mine…read more It was sent around from four different post office in memphis, before finally arriving at the right ZIP Code, and then they said they forwarded it due to it having the wrong ZIP Code, even though I have a screenshot of the label, and the company called me trying to give me the runaround and telling me they delivered it Friday. This is the shadiest post office in memphis. If you are sending anything worth more than $20, deliver it by person.

I've not had any of them go missing. The staff I've dealt with when I do go to the counter is always friendly but not overly so. USPS has big issues with delivery that are not necessarily the fault of those at the service counter. The building is open on Sat but the service counter is NOT which is annoying and means I must plan a drop off during a weekday because the package drop and outdoor post box are inaccessible. About a year ago someone broke into the outdoor letter box and they haven't reopened it. So there is minimal service here if you are looking for convenience.
