He's a true professional and a great representative of this outstanding "Advanced Integrated Pest Management" company, who had taken over from the local exterminator who I had been with for years. I like how this company has honored the same reasonable price I had previously paid from the last company and I also like how they send me a text following each visit with a breakdown of services. He was punctual, professional, polite, and incredibly friendly. I work from home and was even able to continue working throughout the day because he was so courteous. Finding out you have termites is stressful enough, but having someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely kind makes such a difference. Carlos, the owner, did an incomplete consultation because he didn't have a two story ladder, then proceeded to pressure us with a crazy $4800 for exclusion and cleanup. Note he said our case was "minor". The estimate was twice that of other companies. He blew up my phone at 5 am pressuring us then texted me after I said please no calls before 8am. Red flag. Non professional hours. Then when we finally agreed on a reasonable rate, he assured me my worries were over. He said he would fix our problems permanently. NOT! Before the job even started, soon after he completely bailed. Said his schedule became "unavailable". He texted me. Not even professional enough to call. Note we have post flood reconstruction demo going on and needed only 1-2 more business days to completely wrap things up, so he could fully have access which made common basic sense to us. He kept talking about needing to borrow a ladder and wanting to get the job done in ONE day! In what world is the extermination job complete in one day!? Also how can you claim to handle rats and not own your own ladder which is needed to seal roofs!? Give me a break. Then he texted he was "unavailable". Do not hire him. He wasted my time and energy. His "stay positive" motto is total BS! He brought a lot of added stress and negativity to my life during a difficult time. Ridiculous and unprofessional. No excuse in the world for his conduct.
