Nick came into our lives during a very bad situation I had between 2 of my girls and has been our…read moreguardian Angel ever since. We had to put one of them down due to injuries and thought I would need to rehome 2 of them but he worked with all of us and made my pack stronger and more bonded than ever. He took the time to come over first and watch and observe them together and then he worked with them individually and in smaller groups. He trained me as well on how to be a stronger mama bear and take my power back. He taught me to "lock up" my couch since the couch was misbehaving when I wasn't home. Haha. Now my furniture is safe, my dogs aren't tempted and they can be unsupervised more often without getting into trouble. His weekly group classes are a lot of fun to bring the dogs to so they can play and train at the same time. They can meet other dogs if they want or we just do our own thing and my crazies love Mr. Nick. He still periodically checks in on us and always responds to my texts when I have a quick question. You can tell he truly loves all the animals he works with and they can feel it too. I'm so glad he was recommended to me by my vet. He was life saver then and he is still one now. After 3 no notice cancellations (day of, within an hour of our scheduled session) he stated "he didn't know how he was supposed to task train a dog for PTSD anyways" and quit. We only received a partial, prorated refund (at a higher hourly rate) after threatening legal action against him. His only sessions repeatedly focused on having the dog walk with a shopping cart even after being specifically told that was not a priority for us. I regret working with Ira and losing thousands of dollars. Spend your money elsewhere.

Not only is there daycare available starting at 6am, which is phenomenal for those of us who start their day early, but also birthday pawtys, boarding, grooming, and training. My dogs have done it all and they get so excited when it's time to play!! Daycare packages offer financial savings, and they also have rewards that are basically converted into cash towards purchases. The staff can be contacted via text or email. If a phone call is needed, I can reach out or sometimes the groomer will call with questions. Highly recommend to give Henderson Pet Resort a try! Easy drop off and pick up with short-term parking up front. The staff can also help bring the dogs in and out, if needed. Behavioral evaluation is a first step, plus shot records; ask the front desk for more info. But once a customer, it's easy to upload most recent shot records to the files.

Was in Vegas Right husband's birthday had my dog with me. It was my first time taking her to a…read moreboarding facility for any period of time. I trained seeing eye dogs for the blind, so my dog is well trained. Starts with them saying they will call me after her evaluation. They don't. I had to reach out to them. When I asked how peeps did, they said she was timid. Which is fine. They hve webcams. So I checked them, peeps was sitting by the door with 25+ other dogs and had zero interaction with humans the entire time I watched. They just had a lady come to clean up after the babies when they went potty. Not ok if you ask me. But I said it was just for the day. I checked the cams 4 times. Same thing everytime. Was 5 min late. They text 6 min before I arrived and said they were going to keep her overnight. I'm not from this town and said absolutely not and had to bribe them to let me pick her up. When I got there, they had lost her bowls. She only drinks a ceramic bowls, not metal ones and I looked in her bag to notice. They had not fed her at all. Her wet food was untouched. So I am going to assume they didn't feed her cause she was starving. She's too scared to drink out of metal bowls. I specified that she needs her own bowls or won't eat and drink. so I don't think she was given water or food the entire day. I am overly disturbed by this careless action. They said it had never happened before. But somehow I don't believe it. Not sure how they are still in buisness. Here is a text from them after I left being fucking livid. Idiots. Now he's a total pleasure to walk and so much more focused on us. From the very first time we met Kyle and saw how he interacted with our dog, we felt completely comfortable. His patience and calm manner are incredible. Throughout the training process, Kyle sent videos daily or every other day so we could see our dog's progress, which really put us at ease. Kyle also taught him to lay down (something we'd tried for years with no luck) and even got him to chase a ball, which he had never done before! It was hard leaving him for a month, but it was 100% worth it. Kyle not only trained our dog but also showed us how to continue the training at home. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend him! We only wish we had found Kyle a few years earlier--he's absolutely amazing!

Upon returning, we expected to pay for their stay (it was around 5 hours), the staff said "no charge" since it was the first visit. Unexpected and appreciated. Our family was delighted at the 1st day report cards (see pics). Also, the option to see your pups via livestream was awesome. A terrific cage/crate free (which is the point) experience, they played/interacted with other dogs of all sizes, made friends, and got "lots of pets". These pups shall return when needed!
