Da Remo is known as a favorite haunt of some famous British actors including Sean Connery. The restaurant is a small Italian restaurant near Uxbridge, and is quite the find, particularly for an out of towner. Da Remo should certainly pride itself on the service it provides its guests. We had wonderful service - timely, without oppressing us with constant presence. For a large group that just showed up and surprised them, they handled us nicely and didn't have any problem serving the group and keeping up with our needs. When we had questions, they were good about explaining different menu items and helping us determine what we wanted to order. I had 3 courses with my meal - antipasti, the main course, and dessert. Everything I had was fantastic. The cannoli I ordered was incredibly good - the best I've ever had. My main course was a variant on chicken cordon bleu, and was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. I finished with the cheesecake (not NY style), which made a nice finish to the evening. I had the house red wine with my dinner and was quite pleased - it had a nice bouquet and finish, and paired well with my meal. The last time i was there (i have been many times before) i has thai fishcakes for my starter which were cooked to perfection and cost about £5.50, then i had a whole rack of ribs (greedy i know!) for about £15. It is not the cheapest place to eat but it really is nice and well worth the visit for the décor! The staff are also really nice and very knowledgeable. Other things on the menu which i can remember (obviously there are a lot more) include for starters: nachos, crispy duck, fried prawns, Mains: Steak, Burgers, Currys.. cant remember puddings!) It's a great place for lunch or dinner when heading to the airport, without the airport prices. There is a small parking lot in front and additional street parking on the side. I've never had a problem finding a spot. The dining room has a decent size and a large back patio that's open in summer. The setting is casual-romantic. Service is prompt and friendly. Special requests are no problem. Food has been consistent and high quality. I love the fresh pastas and the risotto. Nice wine list and interesting cocktail list. Prices are reasonable.

February 15th 2019…read more In Evening, me my mom and my dad had a family dinner together.Everything was going great. We first had to book this Italian restaurant called Rigoletto. After we got there we found a very comfortable seat. Mom and I started to order. My original plan for my third course was to eat a pancake called Crêpes Suzette. The waitress said that I couldn't order that as my third course. It was because there would be alcohol in Crêpes Suzette so he suggested me to try another dessert for my third course so I ordered tiramisu. The rest of our meal was delicious! However, our neighbors ordered Crêpes Suzette and we saw the fire flying up two meters high. It was caused by the alcohol. Because the alcohol was strong enough to make the cooking pan go on fire for two meters high. That was a funny & interesting night. I enjoyed eating in the Rigoletto and if you have time, you can go there for your dinner!!! Fun Fact This was my dolci menu!!!

The pizza had red sauce, fresh buffalo mozzarella and uncooked cherry tomatoes and arugula Plus I got a side salad so it was a very cold meal. They should have said more about the pizza so I really understood. It was ok but not ever flavorful unfortunately. It looked better than it was. Also, it took a while for them to get me my check but overall service was good.
