I had a really long, overnight, international flight, that was already delayed from the states. I finally got in and got to my hotel and wanted to find a place for delivery. I'm only here overnight, so I asked for a few recommendations, but no place they recommended delivered. I can see why this place wasn't recommended.
I decided to go ahead and order a couple things on the website and tracked my order. After waiting 45 minutes for my tracker to show it should be delivered, then 10 more minutes to see if they were just busy, I used the live chat on the website to ask about the status.
They immediately found my order and stated they tried to call me about running out of fish. I'm from the states and I listed my stateside phone number, but the address on the order was my hotel and room number, which could have easily been called if needed.
After all of this, they then say that they contacted the manager and they can't deliver to this hotel because it is too far and they are short on drivers. So which is it? You blew off my order? You ran out of fish? You're short on drivers? The hotel is too far? Maybe don't allow orders from places you can't deliver to for a start.
This was a terrible experience for the only meal I've tried eating in the entire country. So now it's almost 6pm and I have to try and find something last minute to eat. read more
