I paid a deposit online as well for half the amount, and I got a classic facial for $115. I found the price worth the money and I had such a good time!! I cannot recommend Nicole enough, she is knowledgeable, professional, kind & thorough. Even though the extractions hurt a little, she was patient and checked in with me during the process about the pressure she was applying. It was super relaxing and cozy with the music and candle lit. My favorite part was the facial massage. She answered every question and gave me great advice and tips on how to improve my skincare. The color I picked wasn't available, so I picked the next best thing and was looking for "shimmery white." The polish looked white in the bottle but was actually more gold on the toes which is not at all what I wanted. The tech did not wipe down the nails before the gel after the "massage" portion (which was barely done) so I think they are going to lift from the leftover oil. The application itself is messy and uneven, and there was polish on my actual toes. He also kept bumping my big toes with the gel light so there are marks from that. Overall I was not happy with my service.
