Caution against this bridal store!! My dress took many months past the time it was promised to me to arrive, and the staff continuously lied to me about where it was in transit. I would not trust anything that they say and I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a dress here. It was dangerously close to not arriving in time for my wedding. While I understand delays can happen, I did not appreciate being misled lied to and gaslit about when or if I would receive my dress. Even though I paid for the dress upfront, the boutique did not in fact, place the order for my dress when they said they did. There are so many other bridal boutiques to choose from. The experience we had from the start to the end was completely different. The first time we arrived the experience was so magical. The sales process was definitely engineered to cover up the flaws on production. When I arrived they did require you to take off your shoes before entering. I didn't see that listed on the website or hear anything about that before and wish I had known, since I was wearing shoes that didn't have socks so my little toes were a bit chilly throughout the appointment (and I hadn't painted my toes). Once we got upstairs, they instantly offered us champagne and water to sip on. There was a bar set up with snacks in part of the room as well. My sister and I started looking through the racks while we waiting for the rest of the people to still arrive, they assured us that we didn't need to pull gowns like some places have you do. Once our group was there, we all were seated and my sister was taken into the dressing room that was already prepared with selected gowns in my sisters budget and style. They brought her out for each dress and listened to her likes and dislikes on dresses that were not "the one" and on the 3rd dress, the found the one. They were very patient with her and let her without question try on other ones after to make sure and then put that one back on. They didn't pressure her at all or use any of the tactics that other places sometimes do. Once she selected the dress they brought out champagne for another round to cheers. She was told that her dress would arrive in 6 months (the contract also stated 6-8 months). Fast forward to June and no dress had arrived. July came and went and still no dress. August arrived and still no dress. Everyone in our family had been calling, my sister (bride), my mom, myself and they kept pushing out the date when the dress was going to arrive. We looked at the contract and it said 6-8 months (despite what the owner has tried to claim on google reviews). In the same time my cousin ordered a dress and after pressing with legal action received her dress just 2 weeks prior to the wedding. After this, we continued to press and even drove to the studio. We finally did get the dress 1 month before the wedding and found a alterations place that could accommodate the lack of time. The stress on the delivery is just too much for any bride to deal with. If I could give zero stars I would. We made the final payment on my daughters gown in November, and we are still without a dress. Where does it take almost 5 months to deliver a dress! Don't be suckered by the beautiful reception and great mimosas!!! Their bedside manner is top notch, but they are ultimately "scammers." For the sake of transparency, some of our payments were late, granted our experience is like most others here. We were hounded for payments and told the dress could not be ordered until paid in full. Once the dress was paid in full we did not receive it nor a delivery date. We have paid almost $1900 for a dress we have yet to receive. Three months after we paid in full I called to check the status and we were told that we would have the dress in hand by the following Tuesday. We have reported this situation to the attorney general, and are proceeding with a law suit. Do NOT even waste your time or energy. These people don't care about your wedding, they only care that they get your money to help with their pyramid scheme. Our guess is that they are "borrowing from Peter to pay Paul. I'm just echoing all of the horrible reviews here, but DO NOT GO HERE! You should not have to buy your dress more than a year out and still worry. I purchased my dress from Posh in October 2018 for an October 2019 and was promised 6-8 months (but, look at the contract! that promise means nothing). I'm from NYC and you typically need three dress fittings, so I specifically made all of my appointments/flights around getting this dress in time. So, April rolls around (6 months from ordering my dress) and I looked at Yelp for some reason. I started seeing all of the reviews and freaking out, so I decided to call Posh and they told me my dress was in final production with the manufacturer. I think, great! That means it will be here soon. Nope. June rolls around and they tell me the same thing... final production. Now I'm getting worried, so I tell my mom the situation. My mom starts calling on a weekly basis, then all of the sudden the phone calls stop going through. I told her to try from a different number and IT WORKED. They had the audacity to block her number! So, my mom went into the store and kept getting the run around. Finally, I decided to contact the designer myself and only then did I get a reaction out of Posh. They are CROOKS and do not order your dress when they say they do. Don't go here unless you want your dress to be the most stressful part of your wedding. read more

I am writing this review to try to save all of the brides out there! BEWARE!!!! We ordered our wedding dress in January. It was due the end of June. Today, August 26th we are three weeks from the wedding, two weeks late and continually lied to. We are told there is no tracking available for the wedding dress or any of the bridal dresses. Every day we hear "maybe tomorrow". As my daughter was in there the 4th time trying to find her dress another bride stood beside her and had the exact same story. There are DOZENS of Brides with these same stories. Read the reviews here and in google over the past 6 months - they are stacking up. And I can add others to this. BEWARE! You are taking a HUGE risk buying anything for your special day at this store. Update: I have directly emailed the designer's rep and the bridesmaid dress manufacturer. Only when I went to this extent did I get my dresses. I am a lucky one. They must have been paid for today by Marie and they are being overnighted. Hi fellow brides! I felt it was extremely important to write this review simply because sometimes unfortunately people only write about the bad experiences. I want to preface by saying I was so excited for my bridal appointment last August (2019) my experience was amazing. I was the only girl in the showroom, it was a total one on one experience. I found my dress and ordered it that day. I was told it would arrive April. I checked in a few times throughout the year to make sure everything was on schedule with my dress and M. Elizabeth/Posh staff was quick to respond to my texts and calls always. I was told my dress may arrive early and then COVID-19 happened! I was extremely worried about if I was going to be able to receive my dress. I asked almost every day I swear if everything was going okay, etc. and they always responded keeping me in the loop. It was delayed a bit due to COVID, however they offered to deliver/ship/curbside pickup my dress upon arrival. I was told as soon as my dress arrived, and I picked it up days later. I was greeted by the owner herself with a gift bag, champagne, a hand written card, and my dress. Times are tough and I am truly so thankful for the experience I had here. My dress is in perfect condition, and arrived right on time. Thank you M. Elizabeth/Posh for the wonderful experience. Like many other reviews, the arrival of my dress was extremely late causing much stress only 60 days from my wedding! I did not feel that management was very fair, or accommodating during this stressful time. They were not able to share shipping information or give me any solid information on the whereabouts of my dress. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This also left me with only 8 weeks to get alterations - do-able but extremely stressful. First, I want to say that the store itself is lovely. There is a lot of room and it's very bright, myself and my party were very comfortable and enjoyed the complimentary mimosas! They have a decently large selection of gowns and styles, though I think if you're going for something a little more formal or grand, this is definitely the place for you. I was looking for something much more laid back, and my attendant was wonderful. She pulled many different dresses and different styles to help give me an idea of what I felt best in and what look I was going for. She was very helpful in getting in and out of the gowns and was always very kind and courteous. While my attendant was helpful and sweet, and the store manager who would randomly pop in was kind also, there was another attendant who was "helping out." I had an early appointment and we were the only group in the store, so I understand she was probably bored and looking for something to do. Problem is, she was not helping but greatly hurting the entire process. I found her very pushy and annoying. When I found a dress I liked, not loved, I felt immediate pressure to buy it. From the "same-day deals" to the unwanted "advice" and all the other bullshit she spewed at me, all I wanted to do was leave. I don't enjoy being put on the spot or pressured into anything, so what was a pleasant atmosphere turned into a nightmare like the flip of a switch, all due to her. Again, my attendant could clearly see I was over it and when getting out of the dress was nothing but kind to me, saying she totally understood where I was coming from and enjoyed helping me that day. Long story short, this shop would be wonderful if they didn't hire horrible people who clearly aren't looking out for your best interests and just want a sale. I will begin by saying Posh has a great selection of dresses at both the Rack and Boutique, their consultants are thoughtful and will make you experience feel special through your experience. CAUTION: Posh will not provide any insight around alterations; this includes helping you understand the intricacies of your dress, the size you are purchasing relative to your true size and whether or not there is potential that the integrity of the dress will be compromised. If you decide you will purchase a dress from the Rack, bring a seamstress with you to help you understand the above as well as the associated costs and under no circumstances should you sign their "contract" until you do so. I purchased a dress from Posh, brought it to the seamstress and was told that the alterations would almost equate to the cost of the dress. I reached out to Posh within 7 hours of purchasing to explain the situation and instead of attempting to remedy the situation or offer a simple apology, the owner told me to turn around and sell my dress at a profit since I got such a "good deal." Throughout multiple email exchanges Posh assumed no level of responsibility when it comes to educating a bride about her dress so that she can make an informed purchase. Going forward I hope Posh provides a disclosure to future brides as this is a poor reputation to hold in a client serving industry. read more

Unfortunately, my experience has been too similar to the other negative reviews here. Like many others, my initial appointment was great - filled with beautiful gowns, friendly staff and champaign. The shop is good at closing sales, but once your payment clears, the stress begins. I bought my dress in 11/2019. The designer was there for a trunk show and I was asked my budget. After stating our budget they pulled a bunch of dresses for me to try on. Naturally I fell in love with one dress, and kept going back to it no matter how many others I tried on. When I finally asked the price of the dress, it was DOUBLE our budget. This is red flag #1. My mom ended up buying the dress anyway, because she knew how much i loved it. That's when red flag #2 happened, they told us we'd get a discount if we paid by cash or check. We didn't think anything of it and paid by check - this will come into play later.. I had other appointments that day at different shops, some of the most popular in the cities and the consultant at Posh mocked them, saying "oh you are NOT getting your dress THERE! We'll cancel your appointments for you, we're really good at it." That was definitely off-putting, but I had said yes to my dress and was excited nonetheless. The designer and Marie assured me that I would not have any issues with timing. That evening I went to a party with 3 women who had all purchased their dresses from Posh in the past. They specifically told me that their dresses came in very last minute, that it was incredibly stressful and actually encouraged me to call Posh the next day and tell them my wedding is earlier than my actual date. That's when I found all of the reviews online along with the news article. The next day I called Marie and asked about all of the reviews. She gave me a story that didn't make much sense but she was very nice on the phone and assured me again that there wouldn't be issues. I chose to let it go since we'd already paid and signed their contract. 5 months later and I hadn't heard anything so I reached out to Posh. They told me that my dress would ship in May, which is great! Well May passes and my dress isn't here, so I ask them again and now they tell me that it is scheduled to come mid-late June. The end of June rolls around and still no dress. I call again and get told that the "riots" really set them back... Red flag #3. This makes absolutely no sense since the shipping facilities weren't affected by any civil unrest. I finally reach out to the designer. They instantly ask if I purchased it from "the store in Minnesota" and admit to having a lot of problems with them - Red flag #4. The person tells me that my dress is in their warehouse and has been there for a while, and encourages me to dispute the charge on my credit card.... remember when they offered a discount for paying with cash/check? This is awfully convenient since you can't dispute those charges. So I call Posh again over and over the next few months and keep getting told "it will be here next week." This literally goes on for months. Finally my fiance and I decide that between COVID and this, if my dress isn't here by August, we are moving our wedding.The dress isn't here, so we change our wedding date to next year. We were worried at this point that if Posh found out about the new date, my dress would be delayed even further so we didn't post anything to social media or update our website. I reach out to the designer again, and speak with a different representative. Unprompted, they confirm again that there has been lots of problems with Posh, and my dress is still there with them. At this point I decide to tell Posh that I've communicated with the designer, and Marie's tone changes significantly in our emails. Once I finally have her call me, she tells me again that my dress would be here by the following week. I told her that if it isn't, we are having a conference call with me, Marie and the designer. This FINALLY gets my dress to Posh, 3 weeks before my original date. All throughout this process I kept hearing from Marie that "she has never missed a wedding." This is not even the bare minimum standard of this business. Every other respectable shop gets their dresses in MONTHS earlier than they quote, with only a 50% deposit. Everyone in the wedding industry I spoke to had heard the horror stories, I was even encouraged to hire a lawyer. Spare yourself the heartache and take your business elsewhere. If they go out of business, some brides will have paid them in full, and will never receive their dresses. Don't take that chance with one of the happiest days of your life. It says a lot that these designers know about the issues and continue to do business with Posh as well. BEWARE- CORRUPT BRIDAL STORE. I had the absolute WORST experience with Posh last year. I honestly cannot believe they are still in business. If you're interested in wasting money, time, and spending many tearful hours trying to figure out if you will ever even receive your dress before your wedding, then this is the place for you. During that visit, I bought a second dress off the rack to dance in during my reception. I took the second dress home with me and planned to wait until my "main" dress came in so I could get them both altered together. a. Barb and her associates helped to pin the dress so that I could see what it would look like when it was altered to fit my body. They assured me that the alterations would be "no problem." 3. 8 months after I ordered my dress, I hadn't hear anything from Posh, so I to check status of dress- was told they'd give be a call back about it. Barb's response: "the designer is saying the dress is still in production- Ok if I call you the end of this month to see when it is going to ship?" 3. Was called back on February 28th by Courtney who said the dress was shipping next week. Was told that after the designer ships it "usually takes 7 to 14 days for it to get to Posh "because it has to clear customs. 4. Weeks go by-never receive a follow up call 5. Called early March to get an update- employee looked at my file and said that their system showed the dress shipped in November but clearly that wasn't right so she said she would look into it and call me back. I never heard back from Posh. 6. Called several times over the next few days (during business hours) and no one answered the phone. No one returned my 2 voicemails. 7. Kept calling until I eventually spoke to someone on Friday, March 22nd. Told her I needed the actual tracking information because I was concerned at this point. She promised to get it figured out and call me by Monday. Again, I never heard back from anyone at Posh 8. From Monday to Wednesday (March 25-27th) I called and called. Left voicemails to find out if they had figured out what the status of my dress was as they had promised. 9. At the end of the day on Wednesday, March 27th (5:11pm), James called and left a voicemail. "We checked on the status of your dress, it has shipped. We are literally waiting for it to arrive." 9. 1 full week (March 29th) after my last conversation with Posh (and repeatedly attempting to reach them), Barb answered the phone. Told me there was no problem with the dress and that it shipped awhile ago and they were "literally expecting it any day now." Was told it could even arrive that day. 10. 7 days after that, on April 5th, I emailed Barb to again check in on the status. Received no response until 9pm the following night. Barb: "Hi Bo- I am just dreading this ... and I will reach out to the owner. Ok?" 11. Called Posh Sunday, April 7th and no one answered, so I left a message. Received an email back with a "we are trying to get ahold of designer" 12. By this time, I had moved out-of-state, so I sent my parents to Posh to get the tracking number I was promised. * Posh told them that only the owner was allowed to see the tracking numbers so they couldn't share it.???? * My parents had employees call the owner to speak with her. She refused to give any information and hung up on my Dad * My parents asked Posh employees to just tell the truth. At this point we just wanted to know if there even was a dress so that we could go find another one last minute. They repeated the same lies/excuses they had been using over the last several months. * My parents told them they either needed a truthful answer or the tracking number. In response, Posh called the police. My parents, (both in the legal profession) happily spoke with the officer. My parents were disappointed in the way Posh attempted to intimidate them by using the police (and wasting public dollars). 15. Finally received my dress April 12th. Went to get altered- I was told that my second dress (the one I bought off the rack) was unalterable, and that there was no way anyone in the wedding dress industry could think that the dress could be altered to fit my body. Wow. Great experience...I didn't buy my dress there though. Posh was my first stop on my first day of wedding dress shopping. The store is beautiful, and my consultant Jessica was phenomenal. She listened to what I wanted and my areas of concern. She even encouraged me to try styles I wasn't sure about just so I can know with certainty. I fell in love with my very first dress. I had my private fitting room and was helped with my dresses. When I came out my friends had a seating area and I had my own giant mirror. I wanted to pull the trigger on the dress but had two other appointments at other bridal shops for the day, which I'm glad I kept. The only small detail I didn't like was their sales pressure in that I would only receive a percentage off if I purchased that same day. I felt rushed to make a decision. **The absolute WORST NIGHTMARE! My dress was over 2 months late!! Read reviews! If i could rate them 0/5 I would! On top of my dress being late, the communication from Posh was awful! They tried to pay me to sign a non disclosure so that I wouldn't share how poorly I was treated. When my dress didn't arrive in April (when it was due to deliver according to their rep Barb) no one from Posh ever called me. After 2 weeks I finally called them to be told by a different rep that she had no idea where my dress was. When I asked to speak with a manager I sat on hold for over 10 minutes before hanging up the phone. Each time I called I asked to speak with the manager, James. Each conversation he had a new lie to tell me. Only thing that was consistent was that it was always the designers fault that my dress was late. Each time he told me a new shipment date, a new reason for delay by the designer. It was very obvious to me not to trust what Posh was saying because of the enormous amount reviews that shared exactly what I was experiencing, delayed dresses. I also expressed my hurt and disappointment many times with no acknowledgement of my feelings from James. He acted as if the store had done no wrong and that I was overreacting that my dress was two months late. He never mentioned getting the owner involved or trying to figure out a solution. I called every other day for updates on where my Dress was and James would say he would call me back or email me for follow up, another lie. In the 2 months he only actually called me back one time. He was so unprofessional and unresponsive it literally sickened me to work with him. Every time I hear "I'm going dress shopping" I tell people to AVOID this store! Posh took my money and acted as if I was not a paying costumer. It seemed to me like once they got there money they could have cared less if I would have gotten my dress. I eventually requested to get the owner involved and asked for compensation for what I'd been through. She lied and said they couldn't compensate me for my troubles "due to the designer" however my friend was compensated (store credit) for what she went through with Posh so I advocated for some type of compensation but requested it be in the form of reimbursement. The owner, Marie Suchy agreed to pay me some money if I signed a non-disclosure, stating I would not tell anyone what had happened to me or post any reviews. It disgusted me that they cared more about covering their tracks then they did about me as a costumer. This place gave me nightmares and anxiety for months. They stole joy from my wedding planning experience and replaced it with stress. Getting my wedding dress on time for my wedding was a full time job. Another horrible review to add to the list...I was shocked at how unprofessional and disingenuous this business treats their customers after my experience purchasing my wedding dress. DO NOT be fooled by the first impression during your fitting. I unfortunately was, and ordered a dress in April that was expected to arrive in 6-8 months. Like most others here, I did not receive any communication from Posh as the date got closer to when my dress was expected to ship/arrive. I emailed in September to check in and they notified me that the dress was scheduled to ship in October and they would let me know when it did; the absolute last day it would arrive was November 21st they told me. My parents wanted to be there for my alterations appointment so I went ahead and scheduled my appointment for November 23rd, and they booked flights from California to be with me for my fitting. As the date approached, I was not given a notice that the dress shipped or arrived. Even when I contacted them the week it was suppose to arrive, they finally told me that it had shipped and should be on the way to them. The day-of, November 21st, I had not received notice that the dress had arrived. I contacted Posh prior to them closing and they informed me that they had not gotten any dresses delivered by UPS that day and would give me a call (or text if it was after hours) when they got it in. The night passed and on Friday November 22nd, my parents had flown into town and we did not have a dress. I called as soon as they opened to ask why I hadn't gotten a call or text about the dress and they said they were sorry but they had no new information on the dress, it was not there. We notified them about the situation and that I had an alterations appointment the next day, so we had to get the dress. They said it was with UPS and they received an attempted delivery the night before at 9pm but no delivery slip (first lie). They said that they would probably attempt to deliver again that day, and they should have it there for me to pick it up that night or Saturday morning before my alterations appointment. Once again, the day passed and by Saturday morning I still did not have a dress. At that point, we called Posh again and asked where the dress was, letting them know that if we needed to pick up the dress from the UPS facility or find the delivery truck that it was on to get it we would because we could not go to the alterations appointment without it. They claimed that they do not receive tracking from the designers when they ship (second lie) and that the designer was closed on the weekends and would not be able to provide them with any information for them to obtain the dress. They were impossible to work with during this insanely stressful time and caused me and my family a disastrous experience with wedding dress shopping. Taking matters into our own hands, we drove to Posh to speak to them in person and were only told the same thing over and over - they had no tracking, could not contact the designer until Monday, couldn't get me my dress. We contacted the designer ourselves since they wouldn't, and they informed us after my parents had flown back home that they DO provide tracking on all of their dresses and that they are actually no longer doing business with Posh because of their experience working with them. Not surprised after my experience. Of course, I got a text on Monday that my dress had arrived. So the whole time, it was in some UPS warehouse in town where we could have picked it up, had I been given the tracking information from Posh that they withheld from me. If I could rate this store NEGATIVE stars I would. I had the most awful experience of my life trying to get my dress at this store. The only thing that was even remotely positive was the champagne they served at the initial appointment. If you want any chance at having a beautiful dress ON TIME for your wedding, DO NOT SET FOOT IN THIS STORE!! These people are CROOKS who steal your money and refuse to deliver your product.I purchased a dress 11 months to the day before my wedding. I was promised (verbally, at least) that my dress would arrive within the next 6-8 months. 6 months passed. 8 months passed too. Then 10 months. Then it was a few weeks before my wedding, and no sign of the dress whatsoever. They would not return my or my mothers phone calls as to where the dress was. I had no choice but to buy a SECOND dress at a different store, who got me the dress within a week. And that's not all. I had someone from the second store look at the contract, and they knew all about it. Posh has their lawyers specifically design the contract so it doesn't technically promise they will EVER get the dress to you. I had the other store contact the rep for my dress, who called me back immediately, and he said the dress had been sitting in a warehouse a few miles from me for months and they hadn't bothered to pay the fees to get it. Then they had the nerve to call me FIVE DAYS before my wedding to tell me that my dress was in. I wasn't the only one. Every time I went to the new store, there were at least 6 "posh victims" who had no word on their wedding dresses and were forced to buy a second one. One poor bride had to shop for a dress the weekend before her wedding. I called several other stores, and their stories were similar. Please do not shop here! They do not deserve your business, and you don't deserve to go through what I went through in a time that should be happy and exciting! ‼BRIDAL SHOP REVIEW‼ ***Posh Bridal, Wyzata MN*** First off, I just want to say DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT get your wedding dress from here. The worst customer service I have ever had. The store is built on lies and the owner Marie Suchy is very unprofessional and will avoid talking to you on the phone when you really need to. I went to Posh December 8th, 2018 and said yes to the dress for my wedding August 10th, 2019. That same day I had went to 3 other bridal stores but didn't find "the" dress so it was a last minute thing to go to Posh. Unfortunately I did not read reviews on Yelp or other places. My number 1 mistake. My mom, sister, dad and bridesmaid came with and truthfully we had an awesome time while we were at Posh. They gave us all mimosas and the lady helping me try on dresses was the sweetest and so helpful. The experience at the store was great and I had found a Maggie Sottero dress that I fell in love with and I said YES to the dress. When I was at the store I was told that my dress will FOR SURE be here at the latest in June, 2019. June came around and I had received emails from the lady that helped me try on my dress and she said that my dress would be at the store at the LATEST the last weekend in June and that it was coming from California. The last weekend in June comes around and still no dress. I make a phone call to Posh and talked to their store manager and they stated that my dress is on its way but they couldn't tell me where it is and that it's coming from China and being sent to Utah... At this point I am irate... I was lied to about where my dress is coming from and now I still don't have a dress and my wedding is 6 weeks away. I did get Marie Suchy's (the owner of posh) phone number and texted/ emailed her. At first she was helpful and then she became very unhelpful and was not able to tell me where my dress was. I asked Marie if I could talk to her on the phone and contact her to help me and she said she would call me multiple times and never did. She also threatened me with stating "I either work with her or I work with the store". This made me very upset because I needed to talk to someone about my dress and she refused to call me or help me through any of this. So I didn't listen to her and I talked to the store manager as well who was somewhat helpful. I also emailed Marie Suchy that I either have my dress in my hand by July 3rd or I'm revoking my credit card payment of $1900 ( yes I had to pay in full for my wedding dress). And she replied with "I don't appreciate your threatening me". I didn't not threaten her... I just simply wanted my dress that I paid for and when I was supposed to have it. So eventually I was so worried that I would never get a wedding dress so my sister and I made a backup plan- I tried on other dresses at Christian Lane bridal in Duluth, MN (HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM) and Annette the store manager even called Maggie Sottero herself to help me figure out my dress situation. In the end of this week long nightmare I eventually got a hold of Connie (the district manger of Maggie Sottero) and was told my dress has been at their headquarters ready to ship and that Posh will no longer be a Maggie distributor. So I talked to Poshs manager and he stated my dress should be at the store on July 3rd and to come pick it up. My mom takes the day off of work to drive 3 1/2 hours and I leave after a 12 hour night shift for the 2 1/2 hour drive to Wyzata to FINALLY get my dress.... what happens... I am an 1 1/2 hours into my drive and I receive a text stating that Maggie Sottero headquarters sent the WRONG dress... like are you serious??? So what do I do... I stop at a gas station and call Connie (district head manager of Maggie Sottero) and ask her what is going on. She stated that it was their fault and that they will go grab my dress and overnight ship it to arrive at posh July 5th.... SO FINALLY July 5th comes around and I had to have my bridesmaid go pick up my dress... god bless her. I FINALLY GOT MY FREAKING DRESS. But also keep in mind that I had to move my alteration appointments THREE times and now my wedding is only 33 days away. Oh and I also am full time graduate student, ICU nurse and trying to do other stuff for my wedding. So thank you Posh in Wyzata MN for making this the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. This could have all been avoided if you would have been kind, respectful and helpful and told me that we will get through this together and get your dress... but nope instead I was treat with disrespect and I will let every bride to be know to NOT SHOP there. read more

STAY CLEAR. Bride NEVER received dress. Continuously lied to by employees and owner! Still disputing full refund of dress. If I could give less than a 0 I would. I went along to help my dear friend's big day dress and Posh was amazing, HOWEVER, she never received her dress! Posh employees were unhelpful, said it would come, then tried to turn it on the bride to be and groom, saying they were threatening/harassing them about the dress, and she could get a floor sample for full price, no refund. Disrespectful & unfortunate especially for such a beautiful place. Thank Goodness for Annika Bridal for saving the day (also stating many brides have come in over the course of August having similar stories of never getting their dress). After a light lunch of tuna, champagne, and a Cuban sandwich, my sisters and I spent an afternoon at Posh. It was delightful. Our immediate attention was both warm, and instinctually helpful. My toddler of a niece was plied with snacks, and the bride was whisked away to find exactly what she wanted. My niece and I then visited the lake front to watched the boats. She tossed her favorite ball into the water, and giggled as it drifted away. I wasn't giggling. I was kind of upset, because that wasn't my ball to lose! Also, where is that ball going to end up? Highly recommend if you seek a horrendous wedding experience!!! List of BS you will likely need to deal with if you decide to purchase your dress through this toilet store: 1. You will not get your dress when they tell you you are-- Not. Even. Close. 2. NOBODY communicates with one another there so you will get 2-3 people telling you different information on just about any detail of this process after you've signed on the dotted line. 3. If you think you are getting any custom alterations you requested correct or even completed, you are not. The sales people have absolutely no idea what is possible for alterations and will promise you whatever you'd like to get your $$$ 4. You, approximately 2-3 days before your wedding, (no matter how well you plan) will be driving 2 hours to downtown MPLS and back to their sister store in traffic, when you should be doing other things (I dunno....like enjoying yourself??) This is to get final alterations completed- stressed and annoyed- because they should have been done weeks ago, but by this time you have no choice but to buck up and complete this asinine process... and they know that. *If you decide to still carry on with purchasing a dress (please, I beg you), do not sign that you have received the dress you ordered, how you wanted it, if you didn't. They will not give 2 s$&@s on correcting their error if they have this piece of paper signed. [Places I would recommend ahead of Posh for a more pleasant wedding dress purchasing experience: any store at the mall, thrift store, McDonald's, a landfill... A DISGUSTING NIGHTMARE. This has been by far the worst experience I've ever encountered as a consumer. Where to begin... similar to the 70(!) other 1 & 2 star reviews on Google, my fiance ordered her dress almost about 12 months before our wedding. She had a good initial experience, drank champagne, and signed a contract saying the dress will take about 6 months. After 6 months, no dress. 7, 8, 9, 10 months, still nothing. We were then in the 11th month, weeks away from the wedding, and nothing. Every time we called, it was verbatim "it should be here by the end of this week, or beginning of next week." We originally had no suspicion that Posh Bridal was an incredibly shady and unfair business. Then we started reading the reviews. Dozens of other brides told the exact same story, dresses not being delivered, or being delivered days/weeks BEFORE THE CEREMONY. Shoutout to WCCO for covering this story. Bless you. The 4 brides covered in the story are clearly just a drop in the well. I wonder why the owner declined the interview? The Minnesota Brides Facebook group of over 7,000 people also temporarily shut down because so many brides were having problems with Posh and looking for help. Apparently this counts as "harassment and slander". Please. They also blocked their Instagram comments. Double Please. Posh was blaming the designer for being so backed up, but how can all these brides with all these different designers be equally backed up?? What's the common variable here... Posh. The only thing Posh needs to do in this transaction is simply pay the designer on time. They are clearly misappropriating thousands of dollars from these women, and spending it elsewhere until the absolute final minute. We started speaking directly with the designer (which Posh hated), and the designer said the dress has been done and shipped for awhile, and this isn't the first time they've had problems with Posh. Which makes me think of all the other Google comments by the owner saying "This is why we no longer work with this designer." I'm almost positive the designers are the ones ending the relationship. Speaking of reviews, if you sort by newest on Google, there is a streak of 10 highly suspicious, and possibly fake 5 star reviews made around March of 2019. From Gunnar K to Barb A. They all happened near the same time, all gave 5 stars, most with no comment, 3 of them are registered employees of Posh on LinkedIn, 1 has the same last name as the owner "Suchy", and all the profiles only reviewed Posh and other Marie Suchy owned businesses, not a single other review from any of them. Not even an Applebee's. You can look this up yourself right now. If they are no longer up, or recently change that further proves my theory. Once we were weeks away from the wedding, we had to get a backup dress and cancel our order with Posh. The day after we disputed the charge, the owner texted and said the dress is coming this week, but no guarantees (ah my favorite song!). Another Bride on here, also said the dress arrived as soon as she disputed the charge. What a coincidence. We are still disputing the charge with tons of evidence of Posh's lies, poor reviews and bad practices. All Marie Suchy has is the contract. Which if you take each line of it to the extreme (which Posh will), it's quite horrible and unfair. In short, you pay 100% down, thousands of dollars, can never cancel, the dress can be delayed for any reason (including Posh's payments), they don't guarantee any date, and they own it the day after your wedding if you don't pick it up. Wonderful. I would exercise every option you have if you feel you were treated unfairly as well. Write thorough reviews on Google, Yelp, The Knot, and Wedding Wire. Flag suspicious reviews. If needed, go to small claims court (it's only $70). There are already a handful of Hennepin County public court records involving Marie Suchy. The dress will not arrive in time for you to get altered / fitted / etc. It has gotten so bad that it made the Minneapolis news recently. Timeline: 1/5/19 - Dress is purchased at Posh Bridal in Wayzata, MN. I was told it could arrive as early as May and receipt states it would take up to 6 months, which would be January 5. (Wedding scheduled in AZ for 9/21/19, but I was leaving on 9/16/19) Between January and August, was told every couple of weeks that my dress would be in the "next shipment" 8/29/19 - The owner Marie let me know it would still be a couple of days because the box was being held in customs. She refused to provide the tracking number. 8/31 - I read online reviews and based on some advice some of the other brides this was happening to gave, decided to reach out to another boutique that deals with the same designer - Rivini. When I told them what was happening with her dress they were appalled. They mentioned they had never had a dress come in that late for a bride from the designer and that Rivini is fabulous and quick to work with and always ships in plenty of time. 9/6 - Only 10 days prior to leaving for my destination wedding - Posh Bridal texted Kelsey to schedule a time to pick up her dress and that it had arrived. If I could give this place negative stars I would! Just like all the others I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone.!!!! First off, I went to the posh rack to look at a discounted dress. I found the one I eventually ordered from posh couture, but that story will come later. At posh rack, I was lied to by the associate telling me "this is a one of a kind dress.. no one else will have it. They don't even make it anymore" blah blah I was also specifically told alterations will cost me at the MOST $200. With all that information I decided to purchase the dress that was 8 sizes too big. I then went to amazing alterations to have them look at it to tell me what it would cost. To my surprise they told me it would be $980 in alterations!!! That's almost twice what I paid for the stupid thing! After I found that out I called to tell posh rack what happened and of course they did nothing. So, after all that I decided to eat the cost of the original dress and not sure why I even stayed with that company but I did. I went across the hall to posh couture to order the dress I was told is not even made anymore because I loved it so much. I told the manager at the time all of what happened and is all they could tell me was "Sorry, they are not supposed to tell you what alterations would be" Just ridiculous. At this point months have gone by (now fast approaching 7 months) and still no dress! I was told it would be here in 5-6months with the $250 rush fee. I called and left voicemails wondering where it was, asked for a tracking number and no one could give it to me. When I did talk to someone the only response I got was "Oh, it will be here next week" I literally got that response for 3 weeks. With my patience growing shorter and now my wedding 20 days away I begin to freak out. I was so upset I went down to the store to sit on the couch until someone called the designer to find out exactly where it was. I was not leaving until I knew! Thankfully for me I only needed my dress hemmed, but to deal with this entire process when it should not have been like this made me sick! So please if you are reading this go elsewhere!!!! We will see if this review sticks as Yelp keeps putting mine in "not recommended". After reading several of the reviews on here my story is certainly not unique. Judging by several of the reviews I had a better go of it than most. I ordered my dress 11 months before my wedding. They assured me it would be in in 6-8 months, meaning January-March. They emailed me in January saying it would be in in about 2 weeks. Great, right on time. Fast forward 1 month and I have not heard anything. I call they say it is delayed and should be another 2 weeks. Fast forward to march. I haven't heard anything from the staff so I call, they say it is delayed. At this point I go look at reviews and start to panic. I need my dress by April to get alterations, I was waiting to order a veil that would match my dress perfectly. By April I still have not heard anything and am calling on a regular basis. Gauging from the reviews I did the best thing. I called the designer to complain. After calling the designer I got a call from posh that my dress was going to be shipped and would be in in 2 weeks. I've heard this before. I ask for a tracking number or proof of shipment. Nope can't do that. I call the designer to verify shipment. My dress magically arrives in like 2 days, so I'm guessing it got rush shipped. The customer service was horrible. Nobody ever told you the truth, you could never speak to a manager because they were always "in meetings". My mom straight up asked at one point, how many meetings a day do you have? They never called you back, deliberately avoiding your calls. I ended up getting my dress late April with 6 weeks to go. I am lucky I knew my seamstress. In addition I ended up ordering a veil off David's Bridal without seeing my dress because it was so late, but it ended up matching perfectly. I would never recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy. You should not be stressed about getting your wedding dress when you order it a year out. I would give 0 stars if I could. Posh would get 5 stars if we were just talking about the experience of trying on and purchasing the dress. They have a lovely selection - I must have tried on 30 dresses!! - and the whole time we had our salesperson's undivided attention. I felt very special, and found the dress of my dreams. Unfortunately, I am having the same experience as many other reviewers. I was told my dress would come in 6 - 8 months. It's been 8 months, and there has been no word on the dress. I live out of state and need to fly back to pick it up, so I'm a little anxious about getting plane tickets. I've emailed Posh looking for and update on timing, and I've also called several times. On all three occasions, I was warmly told that one of the managers was looking into it and would get back to me the next day. Nobody ever calls me back. I get it--Posh doesn't make the dresses (which are often made to order) so they are not in control of the production time. I do not fault them for the fact that my dress is late (although given how many other people have the same trouble, maybe they should be more upfront about this issue from the very beginning?? Clearly it is a known issue for them. I bought my dress more than a year before my wedding and I am SO GLAD I gave myself this much time). But I do have a serious issue with how they handle their customer service. Though every salesperson is incredibly friendly, they are all very cagey, and full of false promises. Unfortunately I have a review like many others. I ordered my dress in August 2019 and was told the standard was 6-8 months to receive my dress, no problem as my wedding was in June. September 2019 the news article came out about Posh and brides not getting their dresses in time. I got nervous and got in touch with both my designer of the dress and the people in charge of the lawsuit for Posh. I honestly believe this to be the only reason I got my dress in time. I got a call early February it was shipped and should be there in 7-10 business days. Time passed and no update from Posh's end. I had to call a few times and reach out to the designer and the attorney to make sure it had actually shipped before I received my dress in March of 2020. The designer said it was ready since November of 2019 and it was just a matter of Posh paying them (which mind you I paid in full). Also found it interesting they give you a "discount" for paying in full and with a cash or check (AKA you can't cancel that with your bank). Extra to add: I posted a google review after my experience and got a personal email from the owner threatening a lawsuit for "slander". I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Posh. I ordered my dress 11 months before my wedding because I am an out of town bride and wanted to ensure that I had plenty of time to schedule my fittings to fall within other trips back to Minneapolis meeting with other vendors. My dress was due to arrive in APRIL and I did not receive my dress until MID JUNE. I was never given a call or an explanation about why my dress was running so late and received half hearted apologies from posh consultants when I repeatedly called to check the status of my dress. Every time I asked why there was a delayed, I was told that the dress was "shipping" and would be in early the next week. Which it never was until mid june. I understand that things happen and delays occur but I am absolutely horrified that I did not receive a proactive call from the boutique to explain the situation. Finally, as my dress arrived and I went to my fitting appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes before actually getting to try on my dress with no explanation which then caused me to be late for all my other appointments that day. I would NEVER recommend someone else buys their dress from Posh. There are too many other great and TIMELY bridal stores in Minneapolis. Finally, even after expressing my frustration and wish to speak with the owner of the store, I have never been called back. (For 2 months) I would advise other brides in Mpls to go anywhere else. read more

DRESS ARRIVED 10 DAYS BEFORE WEDDING!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! I cannot stress enough how much of a disaster this business is. If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased my dress in December 2018, and paid in full at that time. My wedding was October 12, 2019, which the Posh consultant was well aware of. We bought my dress 10 months in advance, there is absolutely no reason it should have only arrived TEN DAYS before my wedding. We were told at the time of purchase to expect it around July. At the end of July, my mom and myself began to call Posh to check status. Each time we called, we were told "it's in the next shipment", etc. Posh insisted that they don't have any tracking information from the designer, just that they get a notification that it has shipped. This seems odd to me when the product is $2,000 and is arguably one of the most important parts of a girl's wedding. August came and went, with us again calling at minimum weekly with the same runaround and vague statements from Posh. On Wednesday, September 4, 2019 I received a text confirmation from Posh stating that my dress has shipped and "should arrive sometime next week". 7 days later after not hearing that it arrived in store, I texted the number back on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 and Posh said it will arrive sometime that week yet. Heard nothing. I texted again on Monday, September 16, 2019 (3 weeks before my wedding) and asked that they please contact Enzoani, the designer, for help and also asked for Marie, the owner, to please contact me to discuss this situation. Throughout the entire debacle, I asked at least 5 times to have Marie please contact me. I even emailed her Posh email address. She never reached out and they never addressed my requests to speak with her. On Tuesday, September 24, 2019, Posh confirmed they order the dress on the same date its purchased (December 22, 2019). Finally, on October 2nd, 2019 I was able to pick up my dress from Posh. TEN DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING. Posh offered to coordinate alterations and pay for them too. During my alterations appointment, the wonderful seamstress expressed her frustration to me that Posh only pays them 50% of the time and only gives any where from 2 weeks to a couple days to have the dress done. Posh is an absolute disaster of a business and I honestly don't even know how they are still in business. They certainly won't be in business much longer at this rate. And the best part of all of this- they never took a single ounce of ownership for their mistakes and never apologized at all. This business and their workers are delusional. As an out of town bride getting married in MN, but living in Chicago,I visited Posh in Feb 2013 for my Sept wedding, and had the owner, Marie, helping me find my dress. When my dress finally came in, I went for my first fitting. Again coming from Chicago, I had to schedule the fitting far in advance- weeks prior to visiting. The day of my fitting, someone from Posh called 30 minutes before and said they had to cancel - they didn't have the dress. After considerable back and forth, I was able to come that afternoon. Turns out I was measured incorrectly by Marie, and the dress, although it fit, was tight. This worried me because I hadn't planned on dieting much, and was thinking the dress would fit loose, so I could take it in. The girl at the store told me 'Marie probably did not measure you correctly'. After a few tears (not of joy) I left the fitting vowing to live off nothing but air and sunshine for a while... My next fitting was equally problematic. Posh again tried to switch the time, and when I arrived for the fitting, I noticed a puckering in the dress that had not been there before. It was the result of an alteration, and the woman at Posh assured me there was 'nothing wrong', until I finally convinced her it was not normal for the fabric to bump out my collarbone, and she agreed it would need to be fixed. This review could go on- the dress was too short, I was charged for a hoop skirt I never used (because the dress was too short), my final fitting was changed (two days before my wedding) and was told I 'needed to come back another time'. At this point I did speak with Marie for the first time in 7 months, and she told me I was 'overreacting' .. Never once did Marie offer the one thing I wanted to hear, which was simply 'I'm sorry'. On a positive note, the alterations place they use, Amazing Alterations in Anoka, is wonderful. In the end, I was really happy Posh screwed up my final fitting, because I ended up there, and finally felt I was in good hands. These women knew that they were doing, and were actually able to stretch the dress, so it was no longer too short. If you're set on getting your dress at Posh, make sure they DO NOT do your alterations. That would have saved me a world of headache. Do NOT buy a dress from Posh. Save yourself the stress of a dress arriving just days before your wedding, the stress of having to call, plead, beg for information on when the dress will arrive, the stress of being lied to over and over. We ordered my daughters dress from Posh on December 22, 2018 for her October 12, 2019 wedding. We were told it would take 6 months. Of course they make you pay in full. They cover all their bases because the contract states "all sales final, no refunds, no cancellations, no exchanges". But in the excitement of the day I just initialed all my money away. By about the end of July my daughter followed up with Posh to see when the dress would arrive. She was told it would be in the next shipment and would be here in two weeks. By mid August we called again and were told for sure it would be here by the end of Aug. No dress. The first week of Sept I called. Oh yes, it has shipped!! That was a lie. My daughter has a text from Posh that says the dress shipped on Sept 4. Lie. After more calls, e-mails, calls to the vendor we were finally told the dress shipped on Sept 11 or 12. First they said it would be 7-10 business days. (I wrote this and everything down). Then they said it was 10 to 14 business days. They also keep track of all your communications, calls, e mails, etc. They are shifty! All the while refusing to give us any documentation of shipping, no tracking number, etc. If you were upset, they never apologized. All they ever said was, "I'm sorry you feel that way". They just kept to their script of canned comments. After the WCCO report came out they really ramped up the canned responses. Obviously in damage control mode. Our dress finally arrived 10 days before the wedding. That's 7 business days for alterations! What bride wants to deal with alterations the week of their wedding?!! Not like there's anything else to do then. We had already purchased another beautiful dress off the rack from a fantastic knowledgable merchant. At 3 weeks before the wedding I just couldn't believe another lie that the dress would actually arrive in time for the wedding. When we went in to the Posh store to pick up the dress I expressed my frustration at how poorly they were treating customers and we had yet to even be given one reason or explanation why this happened. The 3 employees that were there went silent. Crickets. Not even an apology or I'm sorry. Unbelievable. If I were them I'd start looking for another job. Make sure that you know the logistics of fitting a dress, and you alone know exactly what size to get prior to making your final decision, because their employees will offer little suggestion when helping you find the right size. In fact, there is little guarantee that you'll receive the right dress size you first ordered. To sum it up, dress sizes (at least in instances that I'm aware of) run larger than expected, which Posh Bridal states they can fix. However, after they attempt resizing the dress (and make it the size you originally ordered), they end up destroying the dress to the point where you will be unable to make ANY money back. Now these instances aren't the case for everyone, but after hearing multiple stories like this it makes me wonder, where's the consistency? DO NOT SHOP HERE. Dress arrived 16 days before my wedding and required alterations!!! Similar to many recent reviews, I had a horrible experience with Posh and the worst customer service. My experience with Posh added unnecessary stress leading up to my wedding and lost sleep as I constantly questioned if my wedding dress was ever going to arrive. I purchased my dress in December 2018 for a wedding the first weekend in November 2019. I was told it would arrive in 6-8 months. I started calling in June to check-in on the status of my dress in order to schedule alterations appointments. They didn't know when the dress would arrive. September rolls around, still no dress. I called multiple times to check-in on the status of my dress and was fed lies... the dress shipped, dress is shipping next week, will arrive in September, dress should arrive at end of September, only my manager can tell you when the dress will arrive, actually to be safe, dress will be here in mid-October. They won't provide any tracking information. I called at the beginning of October and one of the sales floor people had the audacity to ask why I was calling again since we had spoken before (well when it's a month before your wedding and you still don't have your dress, you keep calling!). I had to cancel 5 alterations appointments because I was told the dress had shipped and would be here, and never arrived when they said it would. I find it entertaining because Posh recently posted on their Instagram that 2020 and 2021 brides should start shopping because it takes 6-8 months to receive a dress and alterations take about 2-3 months! Well, my dress did not arrive in 6-8 months, and I only had two weeks to get alterations done. Fortunately, my dress did not require many alterations and the woman who did my alterations was amazing given she only had two weeks to turnaround alterations. AVOID THIS BOUTIQUE. read more

I'm not even going to go into details about the day i bought my dress in tears (that we're not happy) because there's a bigger issue here... BRIDES BEWARE!!!! They told me my dress would take a maximum of 6 months. I called them after 6 months when i hadn't heard from them... why am I having to make contact with them? It's called customer service and they clearly lack it. When i called the first time, i was told "my dress had just shipped Monday". My mom booked her flight to come to Nashville weeks later so she could be with me at my first fitting... weeks came and no dress. I called several other times and every single time they told me my dress "had just shipped on Monday". Sketchy... i was nice the first 2 calls because i get things happen... but why they felt the need to lie? Makes no sense. I finally got in contact with the actual dress maker to see what was going on. They told me my dress has been ready and they've just been waiting on posh to give them the go to send it. Once i called posh out on their BS, my dress was actually shipped. I spoke with a manager and asked him why his employees lied to me for months. He had no answer for me. There's something shady going on there and I heard it's because they don't have money. I paid for my dress in full... i should get it right when it's done. When I asked for a tracking number, they told me they weren't allowed to give that out... they're liars and don't know how to run a company! Another humorous thing is they stopped answering my phone calls... i called from my fiancé's phone right after i tried on mine and they answered on the first ring. ***** BRIDES TO BE!!! I ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE THE DECISION OF PURCHASING YOUR GOWN HERE***** If I could give this place a negative zero rating, I would. When I came to posh bridal to look for my gown last OCTOBER, I was ecstatic. The whole experience was incredible of looking and buying the dress I was truly on cloud nine.. they said my dress would be here and ready JUNE 10, that was 9 Months. I had read the horrible nightmares of reviews but decided to give this place a chance because a friend of mine had a wonderful experience here. I found the gown of my absolute dreams!!! Well here we are, August 11th and still not a WORD not a PEEP from these people. I started calling every 3 weeks back in June when my dress was supposedly "on the way". I've left messages for Marie COUNTLESS of times - just hoping to talk to someone and be reassured that my dress is still coming. As someone who has been in customer service my whole adult Life, this has been HANDS DOWN 100% the WORST experience of my entire life. Marie, I have no idea how you are still in business. You have got to be the WORST business owner of all time. It's like you truly do not care one bit about your customers Only about the money coming in. You would think after calling many many times, leaving you messages every single time to please call me back and 2 months later I have STILL not heard from you and not received my dress. You've completely ruined my entire experience and if I could go back to October and never walked through the doors of your store - I wouldn't be in this mess today. YIKES. ***** UPDATE** I was able to track down the contact information of the representative for my designer through another bridal shop. He answered right away! He told me my dress has been made and ready to ship since the beginning of April but they couldn't ship my gown out because she hasn't paid for the dress and that she owes the designer money. My dress was paid in FULL as of 3/16. He was able to email her for me about when she was planning on taking my dress, but of course she has not emailed back. She takes the money that one client pays for to buy another clients dress and so on and so forth. That's why brides don't receive their dresses until a week or so before their wedding. This is called a Ponzi Scheme. It's illegal, fraudulent and unethical. **Also, within 20 minutes of writing my review, from not hearing from posh for two months about my gown, I received a text message threatening me that they will be forced to contact their lawyer if I continue to slander her name and reputation. Nothing I've said here is slander- this is all very very real folks. The fact that I've been contacted about my review and threatened, instead of trying to fix this terrible situation she's got herself Into should tell you what kind of people we're dealing with. I had the best experience at Posh. I went to two other dress stores and decided last minute to go to Posh. I had seen it when driving by. They worked around their busy Saturday to get me in. I had two girls working with me and they were both very polite, fun, professional, and extremely helpful. They pulled dresses I wanted to look at but also pulled dresses THEY thought I would look best in. I popped in to Posh after having lunch across the street with my mom. I did not have an appointment and I wasn't planning on trying on dresses that day. Annie was incredibly helpful. She helped me try on a couple of dresses and I ended up finding my dress after trying on just two. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and friendly attitude. She knew a lot about alterations and dresses in general. After going home and thinking about it, I made an appointment online for the next day to come in and buy the dress and my veil. At my appointment, Posh provided us with celebratory champagne, a cute picture with a say yes to the dress sign, recommendations for dress alterations, and great customer service. I ended up purchasing another dress from Posh for my rehearsal dinner when I returned with my girlfriends to try on bridesmaid dresses. I'm looking forward to being a Posh bride and I can't say enough good things about this boutique. They get it. read more
