She didn't ask as many questions as the other shop we went to but the dresses she pulled were right on. Parking in this area can be challenging but the nearby ramp provided ample parking. The shop was very cute and cozy. There were at least 3-5 groups in there so it was quite loud and busy. While we didn't get our dress from here, we had a very good experience. Upon receiving my order, I had to fight to have the missing items--ones I had paid for--delivered. To make matters worse, the bow that was sent to me was nothing like what I had ordered. The color, style, and fabric were completely wrong and didn't match at all. The bridal shop is virtually unreachable--no one answers the phone, and emails take at least a week to be acknowledged. I reached out multiple times asking for help in finding a similar bow, but I never received a response on how to fix the issue. Not once did they return my calls or address my concerns about a refund. He was constantly interrupting me and yelling me about how I should've been more well informed about their fashion terminology, about how he thought my emails were rude, and he said "You are never happy and pick up your dress ASAP!" Mikayla also threaten me that her store owner was "worse than her" and the harassment call was put on speaker for her to listen w/o my knowledge too We were LITERALLY ARGUING over the phone. I had to fight for my last fitting with them explaining that they will have to finished all the services that I already paid $800 for before I picked up my dress. He agreed and said he will personally handle all fittings and corrections. Which was not the case. 4) Lack of communication They took forever to respond to ANY of my emails or calls. They DO NOT update me on the progress of my dress unless I email AND call them several times Colby did not inform me that he gave the last corrections to the seamstress to fix. I didn't find out until I received an email updating me that my dress corrections were on paused due to the seamstress getting covid19. Of course, to get some kind of reassurance that my wedding dress was not exposed to COVID19; I asked for their COVID19 policy and precautions I got nothing, but the run around that the seamstress was tested negative before coming back to work. No reassurance of my safety (or theirs) regarding picking-up my dress. After several attempts of requesting that the seamstress not being present at my pick-up appointment, they FINALLY agreed. In the same time my cousin ordered a dress and after pressing with legal action received her dress just 2 weeks prior to the wedding. After this, we continued to press and even drove to the studio.
