Gorgeous spot for a meal in the Belem area of Lisbon. The food was excellent. The menu is a blend of classic Portuguese cuisine and incredible local seafood. The service was good, but it did take a bit to get served to start. Other than that, this is a great place to experience Portugal at her best.

Considered a 'fast food' chain in Portugal... I wish we had this type of fast food in the States! We had early dinner so the place was almost empty. We ordered some breads to start along with butters etc. and a small bottle of wine (for the impressive price of E5, and which was definitely very drinkable). The octopus was the starter, and it came with olive oil and garlic, onions and pickled carrots. Nice way to start. We ordered off the seafood menu and built our own seafood plate with two types of shrimp (cold and steamed) and finished with grilled tiger prawns accompanied by rice and spinach. The shrimp were all firm and were served with the requisite lemons and mayo...very tasty and a great way to continue a 'happy meal'..... The tiger prawns were the 'piece de resistance' (sp.!) and were grilled to perfection. the lemon and rock salt accentuating the taste of the prawns and drawing out the sea to our table. Very nice! A great fast food experience - read this Mickey D.

Had appetizers and couldn't finish them because they don't taste good at all. The croquettes have no meat and the shrimps were over cooked. The back-staffs and waiters are super noisy when handling the dishes and the glasses. In summary, overpriced with below average food and services.

We enjoyed sitting in the "greenhouse-type" protected deck area since it was a very windy day. We entered at opening time of noon as we'd just arrived from the States and were ready for lunch. Within the hour it was quite busy! Our server was very friendly and offered good suggestions from the menu. The beer was nice and cold and all of our meals were delicious!

Although this place will not knock your socks off, it definitely deserves 5 stars. For the view and the value - for sure! We heard of "death by seafood" experience of other travelers to Lisbon, but hardly saw any places specializing in all kinds of seafood, garlic shrimp here, grilled sardines there... Portugália has crab and prawn platter for 48 euros that would cost at least $150 in New York (pictured). And we're not talking about farm raised South East Asian shrimp and frozen snow crab clusters. Two kinds of super fresh prawns and the entire stone crab with the shell stuffed with crabmeat mix (not the highlight of the meal). As everywhere in Lisbon, wine and liquor is cheaper than water in New York. Awesome half bottle of Vinho Verde is 7 euros! The service was brisk, diner-like, but magnificent view of the monument of Henry the Navigator, with the backdrop of the bridge and the statue of Christ the King are worth visiting the place!

This is a delightful restaurant in the shadow of the Monument to the Discoveries and walking distance to Belém Tower.

For lunch they have a set menu to cater to the crowd which isn't bad. They also have a cheese and meat spread which they bring at the beginning of the meal...we made the mistake thinking it was complimentary, little did we know it cost more than our dishes so be careful of that. They have a good selection of wines, the white wine I had was OK but given its big selection I want to give it the benefit of doubt. The service staff is attentive, but sometimes a little too attentive (if you know what I mean) which isn't always appreciated especially when you are there on a business lunch. We also stopped by here after the congress for a drink and there were quite a few more people but easy to get a spot.

I'm going to be honest - we used this place for WiFi! We noticed the nice, clean outdoor seating and the sign for WiFi and chose to stop in for a beverage and the do our Uber business. Husband had two Sagres for happy hour price and I had a chocolate shot of some sort with a Sagres beer and our Uber came shortly after.
