Hi, I wasn't going to write a review but you sent me an email asking for one so,........we have used you guys in the past and we couldn't fault you at all - friendly staff, helpful. When we dropped off our car, again friendly helpful staff no problems. However, when we returned on the Sunday, I had received a text msg the day before to call a number when we landed and retrieved our luggage, which I did. A woman answered (not really friendly but not rude either) and said she would be there shortly. We probably waited btw 20-25mins and was about to call the number again and she turned up. We were the only passengers and met her at the back of the van. We had three pieces of luggage, she just stood there (not friendly) and then my partner picked up the large bag and put it in, she then grabbed the smaller bag and threw it in the back and then my partner put the other bag in. The small bag contained a $2800 cpap machine and I hoped that it was ok. (Note here - yes you have a sign for customers to assist you (my partner was happy to do that) but don't assume that it's only clothes in a bag either)There was dead silence all the way back to your factory and I was getting peeved by the whole process but kept silent. We arrived and walked into office, was told and shown where our car was and drove away. Can I just say here, we had been in Sydney for four days and every driver (uber or taxi) were so very friendly and to come back and get the total opposite was disappointing and annoying. This woman was representing your business and yes, she might of been having a bad day but still........it can't be that hard to be friendly for 20mins???
