Depending on the reason, it could be a convenient location. I would recommend that you book online to know the cost before entry as it can be very expensive to book hourly vs early bird etc. There are also penalties ($20 to $40) if you don't get back within the departure time. If you book online, as a caution to other potential users, do not use your phone tap feature for payment instead of the physical credit card to enter. You will be double charged as a breach of entry t&c. It used to a be a pin entry and I had missed the note about not using the physical credit card for all of 2022 and this year. So that is ~$100 that I won't get back for not reading the fine print. I should have checked my credit card statement more closely. When I was trying to book online, it was a bit glitchy and I had to enter the name and date etc multiple times for it to work and I accidentally booked the wrong date (day after). Secure Parking - Parking within 2-3 hours on a weekday - Parking Near Me - Brisbane, QLD

City parking is a bit of a nightmare - on weekdays it costs more than most of us earn so unless you're prepared to play parking space roulette, or you need to be there for longer than an hour, you should just catch public transport. Weekends are slightly different. If there's a few of you the exorbitant cost of Brisbane public transport means it can be cheaper to pay to park. There are obviously some street parking spaces still in the CBD, however most of those seem to be gone when I'm trawling for one so I've ended up just parking at Secure Parking instead. Accidentally booked a space for the wrong day. Was told i would get a refund but after booking another space for the correct date was told i would only get a credit on my account. We to book another day using the credit, couldn't see it on my account but was assure by customer service that it would be there when i booked. So i booked and was then charged the amount again. When i requested a refund they told me they can only give me a credit again. It was just away of not giving me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous processes. My first experience went well, pre-paid, used a pin to get in and out, no issues, no hidden fees. My second experience was disappointing. I pre-paid for overnight parking on the weekend ($20) but due to unforeseen circumstances had to leave that same evening (after spending just a couple hours in the car park). Imagine my surprise when i was charged an additional 50% of my parking fee ($10) for leaving the car park EARLY! Since when does it cost more to park for less hours!?
