Our pull-thru space was nice & level and it had a nice grassy area and a shade tree.

Nice overnight stay. Quiet location, easy access in and out. Amenities include a swimming pool, spa, showers, & playground. Spaces are nice & wide with adjacent space for tow car. Level concrete in good repair. Pull-thru site with FHU, including CATV and WiFi (we didn't use it, so not sure how good). The sites have a fire ring and picnic table. There are several brewery tap rooms and a food court nearby for dining options. Clean & safe park. We belong to Thousand Trails and this park is included in the Encore collection. Staff was friendly at check-in. Close to the Columbia River and easy to get downtown. Everything was well-maintained.

Cherry blossom is magical this time of year.

Portland Fairview RV Park. Very expensive. You would like your location. It is closer to highway, downtown Gresham, hiking in the gorge, swimming in the river at Lewis and Clark Park, eating at Shugarpine and many more local restaurants near by, like starting your morning at Stamping Grounds. We like Having dinner at Bumpers or Garden Palace. Park offers hot tub witch always broken but now closed due to Covid. We like being at the pool. You will like taking dogs for a walk at the park to the pond and the creek, pick blackberries and meet neighbors. Kids will love painted rocks but there is no place for kids to run or play. Lots of improvement under the new management However potholes on the main road, people don't pick up after their dogs, running around cats and moles are constant issue.

Fairview RV park is looking like a homeless camp. Rules not enforced, and main areas not kept up.

The only downsides are because of its location it can get quite cold and the train noise can wake you up especially if you are not in the front section of the park.

I see a lot of sour grapes writing reviews here, and that usually means the people writing them do not have their affairs in order or the required stuff needed to stay short- or long-term in an established community. My experience with Rolling Hills has been extraordinary; the manager, Anne, has been extremely helpful and informative from Day One of my inquiry process- which was stressful because I was moving on short notice from across the country to take on a new position and role in my company - so almost everything was new! I traveled through and arrived here during the worst weather the West and the Portland area has seen in decades and sustained some weather-related damage on my trip up. Anne has provided me with shopping, community, repair, neighborhood, and other valuable information - and everyone I have spoken with has nothing but kind and supportive things to say about Rolling Hills and the management as well. I am NOT an easy person to please, so when someone cares about their job AND their community and stands out as going above and beyond, I am ALWAYS happy to provide that feedback. We always get the negative side - people love to complain. But the positive information is FAR more important!

Used to be a nice park. Ownership changed and everything quickly went downhill. Rates went way up…read morewhile nothing was improved, in fact amenities were lost along with the rate hike. There used to be a community room, it's now the owners "mancave". He has a sticker on the office window that says he accepts credit cards, that's a lie. This guy is stuck in the 80's and only accepts paper checks. The old owner just ran our card for rent, it was super convenient. My neighbor had a tree limb fall on his trailer during a storm, the owner didn't want to contact insurance to properly take care of the issue. Instead he tries to make deals like a used car salesman. (I have a feeling that's going to come back to bite him, karma does that) There used to be professional landscapers to take care of the park, now a teenager does it and doesn't even bag the grass. Not to mention the owner, Chip went to do some weed eating because he's so cheap, the idiot broke my truck window with a rock while doing so. He also threatened to kick me out because I used a blower to clean up his grass mess. The grass was being tracked everywhere! So we did move. Best decision I've made in a long time. The fellow longterm campers now call the park "Hitler's camp". I know a bit dramatic but he does walk around the park 24/7 and pretends to be your friend, then dictates and tries to tell you what to do. The way I see it, he just has a big case of little man syndrome. It's like owning a bar and also drinking in it on a nightly basis. Just something you shouldn't do. People that have been here for a long time are leaving solely because of the new owner. I can't reccomend NOT staying here enough, seriously. Fairview or sandy river rv park would be my recomendation if you need to be on the east side.

Listen folks, it's hard sometimes to find a decent RV park that has space, well groomed landscape,…read moreaccommodating staff, and just a feeling of being home. I'm on the road a lot for my work, and I tend to stay places for weeks if not months at a time. When I called to make the reservation, Sharon, the woman who took my call, was most pleasurable to work with. They didn't require the third degree to get you in for a monthly rate. Nothing like that RV park up in Wilsonville just off interstate five, which actually took three days to do a background check before allowing me to stay for a month! Sharon helped me get settled in, she let me pick the spot I wanted, and her park guy, Robert, came and helped me actually set things up. Not that I needed the help, but it was just so nice to have people make you feel at home. This park is situated well off interstate five and takes about 20 minutes to get there from interstate five. It's a bit of a hassle to get your trailer through Salem, but once you get to the RV park you realize it's well worth the trip. This park couldn't be quieter. The spaces are large and the landscape is impeccable. She actually suggested paying for a monthly rate because it was cheaper than paying a weekly rate for a few weeks. You have a lot of full timers here, but you don't have any crap laying around. Nearly all of the trailers are late-model, and these people are serious RVers. The park is very clean, the showers are incredibly nice, the laundry facilities are adequate, and the lobby is nice just to go in and sit down and read a good book. If I had any complaints, it would be the quality of the cable TV service. Each site seems to be daisychained from the site next to it, so you get a lot of interference on most of the channels. Of course if you have a satellite dish, this won't be an issue. And the Internet is not that fast, so don't expect to be watching any movies on the Internet or downloading large files. It's adequate enough for basic email. Don't confuse this Premier RV park with the one that's out on the highway five. They are completely different. Take my word for it, this is the park to stay if you're in or around Salem. And it's pet friendly too!! If you're interested in seeing my review about the Wilsonville RV park, just go to my members page and search. Happy trails!

The grounds were nice and neatly kept. The bathrooms are incredibly clean and you have your own shower stall, locked with a bench just sit down on and put your belongings on. I also loved how they kept women safe and secure with the card key entry codes to the showers and bathrooms is a separate card number than the men's. I've often wondered about why parks don't keep women safe from men that are staying in the park. This was a very nice feature for me. Only thing is if you're going to be working and you need consistent Wi-Fi, I would have a back up option. We did find the Wi-Fi sparse and spotty at times but other than that it was an incredible park to stay at and we will be back next year.
