I sent them an email and within the hour I get a personal phone call back from Aubrey, the sweetest, nicest, most genuine person, they explain the situation and just having a little hiccup, they go above and beyond and refund the 2nd half, and help me feel better about the mistake. There is also an arcade room, where people can bring in food while they play. There is also a bathroom. Plenty of games new and used for various gaming systems. Including recently released DVDs, board games for purchase and figurines. They also sell snacks and juices from a vending machine and behind the counter. I got a few old school CD rom games from my elementary school days. Neat place! A lot of school kids come into the store and play after school hours, especially when it's warmer!

They had a LOT of model kits and comics, aswell as lots of Goji goodies and anime stuff. The whole right side of the store has most of the figures, so it was pretty easy navigating and looking around. The staff were pretty nice, as far as I could tell. The prices weren't half bad either, definitely better than the ones at Tate's back in SoFlo - sorry, Tate's. I snagged me a King Piccolo for 80 bucks, and Tao Pai Pai was essentially MSRP!! the other figures, even their rarer Mario S.H. The biggest selections are paperback collections/graphic novels and back issues. However, they had an ample supply of $1 comics and new issues along the walls. I really enjoyed showing my son how to flip through boxes of back issues to look for stuff. The downside was that there were more than a few comics with no marked prices (and took a lot of time to find the prices) and the staff, while friendly, didn't seem to know much about comics. I asked about some DC comics and characters and they simply didn't know the answers. I feel if you run a comic, you should have employees who can answer questions. Overall a really nice experience. Again, the staff was friendly and the back issue and graphic novel selection in particular was fantastic.
