    Best cars on the planet. The sales professionals are experts and super friendly without being pushy. The service staff and techs are the very best in the business. The showroom is immaculate in and out. This place is the absolute BEST in every sense.

    They have 2 sizes on the mugs, made for hot and cold drinks. I got both, I use the larger size more for iced drinks!

    I want to thank Chris Moberg the Service Manager, as well as Jenry the Service Supervisor and their team for the amazing service when I took in my car for a follow up. When I got there they took me to the waiting area which was so pleasant and the cappuccino was amazing! I also got a chance to look at the new models and everyone was so pleasant! I got my eye on the new Cayanne ! Also I want to thank Eric and Cezar from Accessories/Parts Department! They helped me choose some amazing accessories for my husband and I! We got several key chains, mugs and baseball caps!! We're so happy with the quality of the accessories! It's Porsche Engineering to every Detail. I was telling myself every Porsche owner should have these accessories! Specially, now during the holiday season these accessories will make great gifts! They nice quality Porsche gift bags are a plus! Thank again Porsche Broward Team, you guys are amazing! I'm gonna come in once in a while for the lovely cappuccino!

    The dealership was fantastic. I soon as I walked in I was greeted and ask if I needed help. I told them I was there to purchase a car privately and that the car was getting checked before I buy. After that they offered me some food and drinks and let me know I can walk around and see everything. When I was walking around I got approached asking if I needed help and that's just good service. Most dealers don't blink an eye at an average joe like myself. The best part is they ask me what I was paying for the car from the private sale and they went and checked to make sure the car had a clean car facts and brought me the original sticker. That was a really nice gesture and I really appreciate it. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. Thank you all for the great experience and happy to finally join the Porsche family.

We also worked with Mia, I believe she handles the paperwork of things. She was very helpful as well. And Sean from finance was very quick and thorough. After you get your oil changed three times (I think), the next one is free and I finally got my free oil change! I knocked off a star since my last review only because it's been so hard to get an appointment here. When I need my oil change or car serviced, I'll usually have to plan in advance because their appointments are usually a few weeks already booked. They also have been taking way longer than normal. My last oil change was supposed to be an hour and a half maximum but ended up being close to four hours because he forgot to notify me it was ready. Other than that, my car rep is always nice. I usually see Corey Guy and he's my fav person to go to there. Always super helpful! If you plan to wait, they have tables, chairs, couches, tv, complimentary water, and popcorn. Plus, free wifi. They also have a car service that can take you to nearby areas and pick you up after you're done. I used this to go to an appointment I had while my car was being serviced a few appointments ago. Overall, still a good spot for car service and oil changes.

She's very attentive and always checked in with me to keep me updated. She is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers. Countless years & deals in the past and yet I will NEVER buy another vehicle here. I let certain things slide on my deal from 7/25 which should've been done but I dealt with it...but a mess from jump and still going...trying to get warranty canceled. The service department did not communicate properly with the insurance inspector and failed to represent me professionally. They told me the ABS system needed replacement and tried to charge me $7,000 for it. When I refused to pay and said I wanted to return the car to Alfa Romeo, they offered to buy my $30,000 car for only $5,000 -- completely unacceptable. My service advisor was extremely rude, and when I dropped off my car, the hood release handle was not broken. But when I picked it up, it was broken -- and they claimed it was already like that. After getting the car back, I started hearing noises from the front wheels. When I called them again, they wanted to charge me $500 for a diagnostic fee, even though any service should be covered under warranty. The advisor, the manager, and the entire service team were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Don't bring your Alfa Romeo here.

I will give a pretty short and concise review of this place. They already wasted about an hour and a half of my time and I am not going to give much more of it to this unprofessional place. They are deceptive, they like to bait and switch and they go radio silent when there is an issue. I am glad they showed their true colors, so if I choose to get an Alfa Romeo in the future, I will not come here. I will say the guy I test drove with, Alex, was very nice and gave me clear answers to my questions. I think the real issue here is management. I was supposed to be given potential monthly payment rates and the manager never came back. I waited and waited. How odd that the manager would not give me any payment options. There were no customers there. He was not busy. Beyond that, they engage in the 'ole bait and switch tactics of many of the "sleazy" car dealerships out there. I thought more of Rick Case Automotive group but it looks like this place plays the same game.

I do usually get my more intensive service work done at the dealership but for just doing an oil change , the dealership typically charges around $300 more than what you pay at an oil change location like Jiffy Lube or similar. After getting the oil change done buy a non dealership oil change place, we were able to figure out how to reset the oil light, but now there is a scheduled maintenance expired message that comes on the screen when I start the engine. After Googling for a while, I found that on newer Alfa Romeo models , this can only be reset with the diagnostic equipment at a dealership . Something that I did not know before because previous stelvio models were able to reset these warning indicators with a combination of foot pedal pushes with the ignition. I went to Rick Case Honda service department (the dealership I got the vehicle from) to get them to reset this indicator (which is a simple process for them), and they refused to do it without my paying for another oil change even though I just got it done days before. I am so disappointed with them because this is not a requirement for this vehicle in the manual or in the lease agreement. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH RICK CASE SERVISE DEPARTMENT.

This time, I called to see if we could make a deal on a truck. As usual, they added over $7,000 in hidden fees and demanded 20%-30% down, saying "that's what everyone does." That's not a deal -- that's pressure. I told them I wasn't interested. I found another truck I liked: a 2024 with 20,000 miles listed at $55,000. I clearly told them I would buy it the same day if they sold it for $50,000, with $20,000 down and financing the remaining $30,000, no hidden fees. That's a serious, clean offer. Their response? "We'll call you back." They never did. Honestly, I'm glad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This dealership clearly doesn't know how to do business -- they only know how to ask for money. They don't understand that you have to sell cars to make money, and not everyone is desperate to buy a new vehicle. There are plenty of other dealerships that actually know how to work with customers.
