We were in Jackson Wyoming checking out what is arguably one of the most gorgeous places on the planet, when our 2016 Macan turbo began to develop coolant issues. We had driven up from our home in LA and we were set to drive back in about a week. Needless to say we were somewhat panicked, as there is no Porsche dealership or competent independent shop until you get to Salt Lake City or Lehi Utah. We contacted both dealerships and Lehi was very responsive. The service tech, Kent, took great care of us. He wanted photographs of the radiator & potential leak areas etc. before we got there so they would be ready. When we arrived he was indeed ready for us and he had a loaner, About an hour and a half after they took the car into the service-bay he phoned us with the issue - we okayed the repair and he personally went to pick up the needed part from another dealership that afternoon. We were ready to head back to LA the next morning by 9 AM. So I can certainly say their service area was attentive, aiming to please, very polite, got the work done quickly and communicated effectively. In terms of Covid sensitivity, for Utah, they did a great job. Everyone wore masks and they had disinfectant spray available. A few of the personnel had the "nose sticking out of the mask" wearing technique, which is a bit like gaving your P----sticking out of your pants...(UTAH is of course a state that does not embrace the scientific method, shall we say, in terms of dealing with the virus. which is a bit ludicrous... (we went into, and immediately left, a couple of densely packed restaurants etc.. politicizing a scientific issue is utterly absurd but that's the state of affairs these days)). So - all in all a great dealership- if I lived in the area they would be my go to versus the Salt Lake facility.... read more

Porsche Lehi - Lehi Porsche- not disinfectant and mask wearing - Car Dealers Near Me - Lehi, Utah

Stay away from this stealership. I went in to order a new Porsche and after building it and adding the options I wanted in the car; they demanded an additional $15k over MSRP of an already over priced Porsche. To pay MSRP is bad enough but to demand an additional $15k over the MSRP is totally a tactic to steal more money and make more insane profits: I'm so disappointed in the GARFF stealerships. I'll never buy anything from a GARFF STEALERSHIP again. Avoid these guys at all cost. read more

I have a Macan and was looking to get some parts for the required services. I contacted the parts department and gave them my list. They emailed a quote. I did this with Salt Lake Porsche as well. The quote was significantly more expensive. I then checked with my original dealer in Down Town LA. They were the most expensive out of all. Salt Lake earned my business not just for the price, but for the general attitude. read more

This store has very poor customer service. Immature sales staff that insults customers trying to trade their vehicles. I came in to trade my 2022 car for a used Porsche. The manager told the sales person to sell me the Porsche at over $7000 over retail book value. At the same time would not give me a penny over $15,000 less than wholesale book. Basically trying to steal my trade. I left with a very bad experience. A few days later purchase a Porsche from Salt Lake City Porsche. They know valued customers read more

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. These guys are completely unprofessional, disorganized and dishonest. I purchased a not cheap Taycan which has caused me nothing but problems and the team at Porsche Lehi has done nothing but deny there are any issues and have handed me back a car that is hugely problematic but deemed by them to be road worthy. Highly recommend not doing business with them. All Porsches are the same no matter where you buy one so save yourself the headache and get one from another dealership read more

I've bought several cars from Porsche Lehi over the years. I bought an SUV from the Audi side, some Porsches from the Porsche side and I have also taken my son to purchase his first Porsche. I've worked with the several managers and salespeople during these transactions. Sunne, the GSM, and Sales Manager Chris were wonderful to work with. Every aspect from new purchases to the trade ins were handled professionally and fairly. These are car people! They love the cars and treat people with respect and kindness. They work hard to make it a good experience for the customer. For my most recent purchase, Tanner was my salesperson. It was his persistence that made it possible to track down an allocation. He helped me find the car, build the car and dealt with every little question and detail throughout the process. He knows and loves all things Porsche. Tanner handled everything with professionalism and integrity. He also made the whole experience fun. It was the best car purchase I've ever experienced. You can only have a great experience buying a car if you are working with great people. That is definitely the case here. I highly recommend Porsche Lehi. Ask for Tanner - you won't be disappointed! read more

If you want to purchase a car or just interested about Porsche, go to *** STRONG Porsche in downtown SLC****. Do not waste your time coming here in Lehi. This place is not interested selling cars. They do not care about their customers or potential buyers. Period. We came here on a Saturday and waited for a sales guy to help us but no one bothered. The receptionist and another guy were busy chatting and didn't even bother to ask what we are looking for. We were specifically interested in a Porsche Macan they are selling, they could've assisted and showed us the car, plain and simple. It is a night and day difference going to the Porsche dealership in Downton SLC (Strong Porsche) compared to this Lehi location. This is a Porsche dealer, people that come in here are not just coming in for fun - people that come here are actual potential customers that know what they want. It's a simple logic that the owner of this place should know and instill to his/her staff. This place is beyond embarrassing. It doesn't feel like going to a Porsche dealership, it's a blot on escutcheon for Porsche. The management needs to train their people how to treat people like humans at the very least - if they cannot implement 'customer service' as part of their employee handbook. What a waste of time. Is this really a Porsche dealer?! Like really, we are talking Porsche here. Wow. read more

We showed up already interested in a specific car, however we could not find a single person to help after standing there for over 30 minutes. Will not be going there again and will not recommend to anyone. Luxury car buy experience not so luxurious! read more

They really must not be interested in selling cars. For the second time my husband and I went to the dealership to see about buying a vehicle. He went inside and waited 15 minutes and no one said a word to him. They weren't busy and the 2 sales guys he saw were just chatting with each other. ‍ read more

I had a very solid experience buying my 911 Turbo S from Porsche Lehi. All of my concerns were handled in a timely manner by a very professional staff. read more

Had a emergency with my brand, new 911. It requires having it towed to the dealer. Called Porsche of Lehi service to let them know it was coming. I was put into voice mail. Since it was only two hours from closing I called again since no one called back. I talked to the guy who answered the phone and he promised to walk the message over and personally give it to the service people and have them call me right back. I never got a call back. It became too late to have the tow truck take the car there so I now have to try it all over again tomorrow. You can bet I'll go with Strong Porsche in SLC. Interestingly, I have a new Audi Q7 and, having just moved into the area, called to schedule a service appointment. They didn't have any loan cars unless I schedule 3 weeks out. This happened twice. I called Strong Audi and they took my car in right away and gave me a new Audi loaner. The Garff dealerships in Lehi are awful. read more

Well I came back for the scheduled maintenance 6 weeks later. Charlene met me at my car and was very welcoming. She remembered our conversation which impressed me. Although the service was scheduled to take only a few hours they had arranged for a loaner-a new Macan! Nice surprise! It turned out I needed a part replaced so it took a couple of days to get it. They texted me a video of the check up and pointed out the issue. I want to reiterate this is an older car with about 100,000 miles. They(Charlene,Kent and Craig)treat me like I own the 918 Spyder in the showroom. Perhaps I could save a few bucks at an indy service dealer but it's hard to put a price on the experiences I've had here. Plus the peace of mind of certified Porsche mechanics doing the work. Also did I mention the million dollar Spyder you can see up close? read more

Excellent service and sales staff for our purchase of a new Macan gts. My wife does not like to go to dealerships and dreads walking onto a lot. Our salesman was very well versed in the Porsche product line and knew exactly how to help without being pushy or aggressive to make just any sale. We would recommend to anyone looking for a Porsche. read more

Bought a new Macan in 2018, and ran into an issue with my keys. They only gave me one! I guess I didn't think too much about it at the time, as it was my first time purchasing a vehicle without my ex. Anyway, I call 18 months later to discuss and see if they will help me with the cost of an additional key (I didn't expect it to be free!). I left over 10 messages for Travis-my salesman-and could not get him to call me back! I will NEVER recommend a Garff dealership to anyone! I went to Strong Porsche in SLC. They charged me only 50% of a new key cost, and I had never taken my car there before. Go with Strong! They want to help you have a good Porsche experience. read more

These guys must just be selling more cars than they know what to do with. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and I usually dread it because of the high pressure used car sales tactics and games that are played. Let me start by saying I was fully prepared to buy an Audi S4 this weekend. And not only was I willing to buy a $43,000 car, I was willing to drive from Denver to do it. I called about the car that I was interested in on Tuesday. It was like pulling teeth to even get a trade in number on my current 2015 Jeep Rubicon. Once I got it, it was low as expected, however we weren't THAT far off. We were definitely close enough that I was expecting to make a drive out this weekend to trade in and buy my new car. My sales rep, Andrew, wasn't interested in selling me this car. I had to be the one to keep asking about a trade value. I had to be the one to contact him on the car. 24 hours into the process, Andrew texted and suggested we discuss further the following day and I never heard from him. Since I never heard back, I assumed he didn't find me to be a serious buyer or they had sold the car. So I made plans and scratched the plan to buy the car. I finally just now got a call from my sales guy. It's been 3 days man!!! Now Andrew did tell me he had surgery today, however if you aren't able to work and you have a hot buyer, hand that deal off to someone else who can run point! I really hope based on my experience this dealer is so overloaded with car sales that they can't keep up with the demand because otherwise this was the first time I've experienced such a lack of interest in selling a car. read more

I bought a 2013 911 Carrera S on line. I though the communication from my sales representative, Daniel Eastman, was excellent; easy to contact and responded quickly when I left a message. Geoff Bays was also very good at communicating. Daniel is an extremely knowledgeable Porsche representatives. He is a long time Porsche employee; drove their race cars; did some prototype Porsche test driving; and has spent a lot of time teaching Porsche customers high speed driving. Daniel was excellent at demonstrating the car and spent good time with me when I was at the dealership. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Ken Garff Porsche. read more

Daniel is amazing! Great guy, very knowledgeable, honest & professional!

Horrible car experience. They said the car was new, but they lied, since it already had a bumper replaced.

I have been to many dealerships, dealt with many sales staff, and felt the pressure and lack of personal respect or care that it brings. I must say my experience at Ken Garff Porsche in Lehi is by far the BEST experience I have ever had. Not only in terms of buying a new car, but in the way I was treated and felt through the whole experience from the moment I walked through the door. The staff are Porsche representatives and don't make you feel like they are in the business of sales. The knowledge and time they spend to make you feel at ease is outstanding. I highly recommend Ken Garff Porsche to anyone looking for the best experience in car buying. I personally recommend you work with Daniel Eastman as he was by far the best, most knowledgeable, nice, and outstanding representative i have worked with in any purchasing experience. read more

I bought a 2016 Porsche Macan from Daniel Eastman. These cars are in high demand and it was difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. Daniel Eastman and the whole team at Porsche worked tirelessly to give me multiple options. They gave me a great deal and found the perfect vehicle for me. I love my car and even more so, I love the knowledge and experience provided by Daniel Eastman. He was a professional Porsche driver for many years so his insight was invaluable. I've never had such a good experience and I have purchased several vehicles. I would highly recommend Daniel Eastman and any one on the Ken Garff Audi/Porsche team. read more
